Description: SCP-XXXX is a human male of European ethnicity between 26 and 28 years of age, measuring 1.87 meters in height and weighing 72 kilograms. All inquiries regarding the origin of SCP-XXXX and its anomalous properties result in a long tangential discourse, with no clear answer. SCP-XXXX was first discovered by the Foundation when it approached Dr. [REDACTED], claiming that it had the power to alter the flow of time. SCP-XXXX was subsequently detained and taken into Site-[REDACTED] for questioning, leading to its containment shortly thereafter. SCP-XXXX carries an ornate pocket watch of unknown make, displaying a single hand with abnormally high numbers on the hour marker. SCP-XXXX's ability to manipulate the flow of time appears to depend on SCP-XXXX-1, as SCP-XXXX demonstrated the ability to stop time, skip time, and has verbally stated that it can also rewind time, slow time, and accelerate time.
