Special Containment Procedures: scp-xxxx must be contained in a in a 91cmx91cm soundproof box inside of a secure containment locker located in site 95. researcher's with clearance level two(2) or higher may be permitted to use scp-xxxx with clearance from a level three(3) researcher or higher, any unpermitted access to scp-xxxx will result in termination.
Description: scp-xxxx is a standard sized matte black Fifine brand microphone whose appearance is non-anomalous. scp-xxxx anomalous properties manifest when the object in plugged into a computer with audio recording software installed on it, at which point scp-xxxx will open the program and begin recording for a random amount of time. any attempt to stop scp-xxx from recording will result in the hosts pc crashing and being unable to restart or power back on for 3 hours. if scp-xxxx is uninterrupted during the duration of its time recording, the scp will save the audio file to a random file on the hosts computer with a random string of text as the file name. upon opening the audio file, it will begin playing a voice recording of an unidentified male voice, this voice has been classified as scp-xxxx-1. Below are the recordings the foundation has collected so far.

it is unknown if there is an entity inside of scp-xxxx or if it's an outside group using the scp to commune, as such all further testing must be cleared by a level three(3) researcher or higher.
attempts to locate the Brotherhood of Shadows have yet to be successful and it has been theorized that this group might not actually exist.
