Containment procedures: scp-xxxx is currently housed in a 9x6 meter size containment cell at site-06-3. the cell is furnitured with a bed, computer with limited access to internet, table, chair and bathroom with inbuilt shower. Two guards are to be stationed outside at all times. If scp-xxxx expresses a desire to go outside of her containment cell, she must be escorted by two armed guards and is allowed only to eating, training and relaxation areas.
Description: scp-xxxx is a human female of around 20-25 years of age. scp-xxxx seems to constantly change form unless forcing herself to stay in a specific from, scp-xxxx’s only constant trait is eye color, which is silver-gray. when transforming back to human scp-xxxx will always have clothing on, even if she did not have it on before transforming. It is still not known if the clothing is created by scp-xxxx or is taken from somewhere. Scp-xxxx seems to be limited by how big the entity she can transform into is, as she has been unable to transform into anything bigger than 6 cubic meters in size.
Log from on site psychologist: Scp-xxxx does not seem to be interested in the world and often does things to amuse herself such as odd ways of walking or running, transforming into animals and making people pick it up then transforming back to human and other things one might call silly. Scp-xxxx also does not seem to be able to remember her own name, age or place of birth. most likely retrograde amnesia or a side effect of constant transformation.
