Clearance Classification: Level 3 - Class-B

History: Dr. Rainwater Red Redwaters was discovered by the foundation after a Huey Helicopter was successfully upgraded, and repaired by himself, and Engineer █████ Tailvan. The helicopter was flown to Washington DC, before landing and ██████████ into the █████████ left building. The foundation took him in, and questioned him. When questioned about Incident-HELI-███, he simply replied with “Physics, Doctor.”. He was eventually accepted into the foundation by the DEA, and placed inside the Quantum Physics, and ██████████ Division, classified divisions of the Scientific Department. He’s been known to test multiple SCPs, including SCP-███, SCP-173, SCP-178, SCP-123, and SCP-████. He has helped the foundation create multiple new weapons and inventions, resulting in his promotions. During a visit to Area-354, Incident-354-██ occurred, resulting in Dr. Red Redwaters to now turn any water, specifically pond and river water, into red, no other anomalous effects have been shown other than a change of hair and eye color to A Crimson Red. Dr. Red Redwaters was turned into a Class-E Personnel for three months, before being rehired into a Researcher. No other anomalous effects have occurred after 13 32 months.

Physical Description: Wears a Foundation Researcher coat, with red hair and crimson red eyes. He wears brown sweatpants, and seems to be quite pale. He seems to have bags under his eyes, and when asked, responds with “Give me a break.”. He is quite skinny, and is around 190 pounds.

Mental Description: Seems to enjoy his job, and is serious. Can have fun sometimes, but gets off topic quickly. Seems to be.. Secretive. He can get demanding at times, but it wears off quickly.
