Item #: SCP-4062
Object class: Euclid
Special containment procedures: SCP-XXXX is to be contained in a field located near Site-██; an SRA should be in place to nullify SCP-XXXX's reality-altering abilities.
Description: SCP-XXXX designates two objects. SCP-XXXX-1 is a red mechanical alarm clock which shows minimal signs of wear, none of the hands on the clock face move and have only been observed to spin rapidly when it rings. SCP-XXX-2 is currently a female of Caucasian descent aged 34, SCP-XXXX-2 will be in a coma until it dies.
SCP-XXXX-1 will ring at random intervals, this ringing wakes up SCP-XXXX-2 from its coma and activates SCP-XXXX's anomalous property. SCP-XXXX alters reality based upon the dream that SCP-XXXX-2 was having at the time SCP-XXXX-1 started ringing, the area in which SCP-XXXX alters reality in a 50m radius originating from SCP-XXXX-2. Instances of SCP-XXXX-2 are created when the current SCP-XXXX-2 dies. The closest human to SCP-XXXX-1 that falls asleep will convulse violently and then fall into the aforementioned coma. SCP-XXXX-2 requires no sustenance and cannot be woken up from its coma except by means of SCP-XXXX-1's ringing. When woken up SCP-XXXX-2 will for up to 30 seconds alter reality. The effect on reality when SCP-XXXX-2 has a good dream will in most cases be harmless however when SCP-XXXX-2 has a nightmare usually violent entities will be created, these entities will usually resemble what SCP-XXXX-2 fear. When SCP-XXXX-2 dies SCP-XXXX's creations disappear instantaneously. The foundation has now put SRAs in place to avoid having to terminate the current SCP-XXXX-2 when it has a nightmare.
