Special Containment Procedures: SCP 4221 is to currently residing on the desk of researcher █████ due to previous mental health reports. All personal are free to visit the desk space in which the current owner of 4221 works. SCP 4221 can be easily transported and is to be provided to other researchers for a period of time if monthly health check results negatively. SCP 4221 is to be provided: a pack coloured crayons, brushes,a water pot and several sheets of paper when in contact with emotionally unwell staff.
Description: SCP 4221 is a wooden artist mannequin of 12 inches. The foundation acquired the anomaly at █████████ Street inside of a local charity shop. The owner had observed the anomalous properties of SCP 4221 but did not contact the facility. It was acquired for £12 British pounds after the owner was convinced to sell SCP 4221.
SCP 4221 has been shown to have somewhat sentience and human like capabilities. However the movements of the mannequin have been limited due to the design of SCP 4221. The arms of SCP 4221 can move freely and fingers have been carved into the hands by staff members to assist with its drawings. SCP 4221 is not capable of speech but has shown to understand several languages.
The properties of SCP 4221 has a memetic effect when in contact of a pen and paper. SCP 4221 has the ability to crudely draw pictures in a childlike manner. These photos when observed by members of staff or D-class personnel have the memetic properties to change the emotion of the viewer. These emotions are primarily positive emotions such as joy or love. Chemicals in the brain are not altered when effected by the memetic drawings and seem to be of an unknown force.
