Special Containment Procedures: SCP-5133 is to be Contained on a table surrounded by several Asiatic Dragon statues in a 5M X 5M X 5M room, at site [Redacted] and Guarded by at least 4 guards. SCP-5133 should not be seen and heard at the same time, to do so will result that the victim will start to experience visual and auditory hallucinations and may become homicidal or suicidal and attempt to take the entity from containment. As a result, any personal who is to enter SCP-5133’s containment cell Must wear either a blindfold or ear protection to the level that will prevent all sound from being registered. Any cameras in the containment cell will not have any microphones and the watch station will not have speakers or listening devices. It should be noted the Asiatic Dragon statues materialized once SCP-5133 was placed on the table and even when the statue is removed, they seem to reappear.
Any personal who have seen and heard SCP-5133 simultaneously must be quarantined for at least 72hrs and must undergo a battery of physical and phycological tests before being allowed back to work.
Because of where SCP-5133 was found, a disinformation campaign has been sent out to the public and should be continued to prevent any further information on SCP- 5133 from being learned. The original location where the entity was located, now known as SCP-5133-A. SCP-5133-A is the original location with a sign built with 19 cut down tree logs spelling out the letters, S.O.S. The area will be fenced off 500M in all direction from the point of interest and patrolled by a standard compliment of guards disguised as Japanese park rangers. Cooperation with the Japanese government has erected signs and ropes on the hiking path to prevent further citizen’s from being ensnared.

Description: SCP-5133 Is a pure white Hominoid Skull that has characters of an unknown dialect of [Redacted] written all over the surface. Testing on the Skull has shown it is the skull of a 25-year-old man. The Skull has the ability to speak in Modern Japanese as well as ancient [Redacted], but how the entity can speak let alone know both languages is unknown. SCP-5133 is unremarkable in the realm of intelligence being on the same as an average human. It’s anomalous property as listed above is when it is both seen and heard, Hallucinations will occur followed by suicidal and homicidal actions in some subjects. Those who have been affected will be known as SCP-5133-1.
Those subjected to the entities effect all report similar hallucinations, Subjects report to see three Asiatic dragons clashing in combat against one another. SCP-5133-1 reports one of three actions they preform, one is they attempt to run from the dragons, another is they run to the dragons in some vein attempt to help one of the dragons, and the last they stand there watching the combat. It seems the combat between the dragons lasts approximately three days before one dragon remains, the winning dragon then devours SCP-5133-1 which results in either the subject’s death or loss of hallucinations.

SCP-5133 was found on July 24th [Redacted] when two hikers, climbing the mountain of [Redacted] in the area of [Redacted], Japan, got lost and police were sent out to look for them. The police had looked for them via helicopter and found the anomaly. The police quickly discovered the two hikers and the search was discontinued before anything was discovered.
The foundation would not have been able to locate the entity if it wasn’t for a normal policeman mentioning the S.O.S sign to the two hikers. It was determined an anomaly was in the location when the hikers said they never made or seen the S.O.S sign. The SCP Foundation took over a second search of the area.
SCP agents located SCP-5133 and several other bones, a backpack, Japanese ID card, as well as several cassette tapes, and a recorder with a player. The ID is to a [Redacted], who has been declared missing and presumed dead by the Japanese government. The SCP foundation fabricated copies of all items and released to the Police as part of the disinformation campaign.

Addendum:
The audio cassette recordings are the voice on the cassette is of a male during his time at the mountain, He spoke in Japanese but translated and transcribed by the facility’s AI. They are listed as SCP-5133-B, C, D.
Audio log SCP-5133-B: wind in the background and sound of walking outdoors:
“It is beautiful here, I am glad I was able to get away from work for a day or two. This walk has already rejuvenated my determination to work harder. Once I get to the top ill take a quick rest and make my way back down.”
Audio Log SCP-5133-C: sounds of the night while outside. Drizzle sounds in the background.
“I don’t understand, I must have gotten lost, but there are landmarks and everything… I’ve been alone for awhile and I hope I can find some help. Wait… I see something up ahead, seems like someone else has gotten lost as well.”

Audio Log SCP-5133-D: sounds in recording sound Indoors, no wind, no tell tale signs of subject being outside.
“I can't move from atop this cliff. SOS. Please help. I am near where the helicopter was originally, and I can't move further due to bamboo brush being in the way. Please get me out of here"
It should be noted that the last recording makes no sense. It is believed that the subject was under the affects of SCP-5133, but the most curious part is where he was when the recording was playing.

Interviewer: Dr. Roma, Site [Redacted]
Foreword: SCP-5133 was interviewed for the first time after several researchers were affected by SCP-5133 before the exact anomaly was discovered and work arounds discovered. Dr. Roma enters the containment room blindfolded, puts his hand on a rope that was placed in the containment room and followed it to a chair located in front of the entity. The Entity spoke In Modern Japanese, Dr. Roma is Fluent in Modern Japanese as well.

Interviewer: Hello SCP-5133, my name is Dr. Roma. Can I ask you several questions? We want to know much more about you.

SCP: Dr. Roma, you may call me Ryu. It is good to meet you. I can answer your question.

Interviewer: Ryu? Very interesting, why did you pick that name and what are you?
SCP: It is what I am.
Interviewer: Can you elaborate on that?
SCP: I told you, next question please.
Interviewer: okay… So, what is the earliest thing you remember?
SCP: I remember the winds and waves but I don’t remember the earth.
Interviewer: what you mean by that? It makes no sense?
SCP: You will know what I mean in time, if not now then later.
Interviewer: Okay? Umm, can you explain your powers, besides what we have discovered?
SCP: Many I have, few you see, few you hear.
Interviewer: that doesn’t help any… but more important, what happened to the hiker?
SCP: those who find enlightenment will not be found, but they will find what they wish for.
