Special Containment Procedures: SCP-4091 is to be kept in a 6m x 6m containment cell. Cell must be under 24/7 monitoring by at least three Level-3 personnel. Under no circumstances are any foundation personnel allowed to enter SCP-4091's chamber. No testing is permitted without three Level-3+ Security Personnel, two Class-D Personnel and two Level-3 Research personnel.

Description: SCP-4091 is a humanoid entity resembling a Class-D detainee. Subject appears to have regenerative abilities and cannot be hurt subject appears to be in extreme pain during lethal termination of the subject. SCP-4091 was found inside a 1980 Ford Thunderbird by Agent ███████, who was on assignment in the area. Agent ███████ discovered SCP-4091 in a car outside of a gas station filled with identical humanoid entities, presumed and later found dead.
