Item #: SCP-XXXX

Object Class: Safe

Special Containment Procedures: The Object is kept in a 5m x 5m cell made of reinforced safety glass inside an outer cell that is 11m x 11m, A metal railing is placed exactly 1m from the edge of the outer cell walls and a camera is placed above both the door to the outer and inner cell. 4 Guards of no less than security level 3 must remain behind the railing at all times. Guards are equipped with rifles containing benzodiazepine tranqulizing rounds aswell as carrying Flumazenil injectors to administer in the case of too many rounds hitting SCP-XXXX-2, or after SCP-XXXX-2 has been moved back to their cell. ONLY GUARDS THAT PASS REQUIRED PSYCHOLOGICAL TESTS MAY BE PLACED ON DUTY INSIDE THE CELL

Description: SCP-XXXX appears to be a single wrought iron shackle from the late 18th century. It seems to rewind time by exactly 4 minutes and 11 seconds, but only inside a space of 5 metres and for everything inside that space. Anything inside the space when SCP-XXXX uses it's power will still have the effect even if the object leaves the 5m space during the rewind, for example if a person is inside the 5m space when SCP-XXXX Initiates this power and the person was outside the space 4 minutes and 11 seconds ago. In this instance the person would appear to vanish in an instant and appear wherever they were exactly 4 minutes and 11 seconds ago. This power seems to only affect the physical as all subjects that are "Rewound" seem to remember everything they were doing before they were.

SCP-XXXX Is attached to the wrist of a young female. Female is a 5,4 african american and is approximately 16 years of age. Aaliyah Wagnatabe is the Name she has given us including a provisional Moped driving license and ID. However seaches reveal no such girl as existing. In all future writings she will be reffered to as SCP-XXXX-2. While it does appear to obey them, the Object seems to also act on its own if SCP-XXXX-2 isn't aware. In one instance guards attempted to take the Entity off of SPC-XXXX-2's arm while they were asleep, once SCP-XXXX realised this the guards appeared to immediately vanish from the cell.

SCP-XXXX-2 is kept as comfortable as possible, while the may not be content with the situation and is prone to mood swings like the mojority of teenagers they still cooperate the mojority of the time. Through interviews with SCP-XXXX-2 we have learned a number of things. They do not remember how they came into contact with SCP-XXXX nor why it can affect time. They also claim that the Object is sentient and talks to her, this is not being ruled out as a possibility, however it is to be noted that no one but SCP-XXXX-2 can hear this talking. SCP-XXXX-2 has also been heard conversing with the Object.

Addendum: SCP-XXXX-2 claims that she does not control the Object. Instead she claims that she is "friends" with it and simply asks it to work, be it in her head or verbally. Talks were started about attempting to train SCP-XXXX-2 as an agent for covert recoveries, these talks were put on hold until research concluded that SCP-XXXX had no other powers that had not been discovered.

Interviewed: SCP-XXXX-2

Interviewer: DR Ruby Redding

Foreword: Interview with SCP-XXXX-2 about the Object.

<Begin Log>

Dr Ruby: Do you remember how you came into posession of that bracelet?

SCP-XXXX-2: No… I… I remember water… and drowning, but no bracelet. I remember waking up next to a lake with this shackle on my leg…

Dr Ruby: You say it was on your leg, and it looks like a leg shackle. Why do you now were it on your wrist?

SCP-XXXX-2: Because I don't like her being so close to the dirt and ground. And she doesn't enjoy it either.

Dr Ruby: I'm sorry… Did you say "Her"? What do you mean?

[TAPE CORRUPTED]

<End Log>

Closing Statement: SCP-XXXX-2 Remains cooperative. She continues to claim that the Object talks to her and her behaviour continues to support this. SCP-XXXX-2 also claims she has no memory of when she came into contact with SCP-XXXX-2, only that the last things she remembers before it was "water and drowning"
