Description: SCP-6168 refers to any objects that hold the appearance of a small blanket. The only form of SCP-6168 is a white, cotton blanket.
This white, cotton blanket has a flower design in the center using two types of different patterned hexagon shapes. The first type is a pink, light pink, and white plaid pattern, while the second is a simple blue colored pattern, with yellow spots. The hexagon shapes are placed in a ring, with the blue design on the outermost edge, the pink design, then another, single, blue patterned hexagon.
On the bottom left corner, there is a brown square. In the middle of the square there is a heavy, read colored cotton heart. The heart seems to have small hairs stuck to it. The previous owner of this blanket, Kathy Hollow, claims it to be dog and cat hair from her household pets.
This object is referred to by Kathy Hollow and her relatives [DATA EXPUNGED]. She has said to have no prior problems with this entity during her interview on ███████ at 11:20. The log can be seen below.
This entity has been shown that skin to blanket contact results in said person to smell the blanket, then wrap themselves in it. They wrap themselves with their arms crossed in an X formation. They proceed to stay in place, slowly wrapping themselves tighter until they are unable to breathe. It is suspected the smell of the blanket keeps them calm until their death. One case showed the blanket slipping up to the neck of the victim. The victim proceeded to keep applying pressure until the subject choked to death. It is unknown if this was coincidental.
No further information at this time.
