Special Containment Procedures: [scp-xxxx is to be contained within a cell of any size. 12 researchers are to be assigned to its cell. Scp-xxxx is to be given level three access to the scp foundations data bank except for the door codes. Scp-xxxx is to be allowed to go and walk around the facility five times a week and eat in the cafeteria with others. Scp-xxxx is allowed to help and participate in expiriments as long as Director person gives approval. It is reasonably safe so long as the guidlines are followed and conditions met.
- Under any circumstances take anything outside the cell that is not part of your research without express permission from scp-xxxx. If something is taken it causes scenario one.
- Do not attempt to enter its room whithout express permission from it. If this guideline is broken then scenario two occurs.
- No security camera is to be placed inside except for a 2020 videoconferencing camera. Scenario three is caused by breaking this guideline.]
Description: [scp-xxxx looks to be a middle aged caucasion man aproximatley 2 meters tall with graying hair he appears to resemble[REDACTED]. When speaking with scp-xxxx it is to be reffered to as Proffesor Sung. When within the lab or ten feet of scp-xxxx will have a 200% increase in IQ, creativity, and cognitive functioning skills. Scp-xxxx has an IQ of over 300 itself and regularly shows foundation personal and give them designs leading to the design of many things most notably the Micro-Processor found in most modern computers. It was discovered in a foundation raid on Roscosmos in 1964 helping Russian scientists develop rockets. Since then it has been inside facility (level three security access required to view this)

Room Description: [When contained in a cell the room changes to a mid sized laboratory with a main room, a bathroom, and private quarters. The main room is 10 meters by 9 meters with a ceiling height of 4 meters lining the left wall are four rows of tables (3 meters long each) with 3 seats each. on the right wall is rows of equipment with regular lab equipment with other pieces of technology including
- a 1989 TurboGrafx16 hooked up to a monitor and motherboard with a keyboard attached
- a 1992 Amiga 1200
- a computer bareing the Amiga logo and design but is recognisable any computer that currently exists
- and a tall tube made of tungsten with a ]
Effects of breaking guidelines: [
- If scenario one is triggered then scp-xxxx becomes increasingly irate and disheveled. On of scenario one when it snaps its fingers and speaks in a unknown language causing three dark figures to appear who walk straight through the wall and search for the missing objects. All attempts to stop these shadowy figures has resulted in a three day comatose state in all who try to stop them. once the item is located they take the shortest root back too the lab and fade in nothing.
- If scenario two is activated then scp-xxxx will snap its fingers and the person who attempted to enter will wake up 20 to 30 minutes later outside the door to the cell
- If scenario three occurs then scp-xxxx will become increassingly scared until the point where it grabs a vial and smashes it one the floor. After that a shrill sound will emit from the lab at 100 whithin 500 meters of the lab until the camera is removed and visibly destroyed by scp foundation personal. Then scp-xxxx will flip the bird at the nearest foundation personal and return to buisness as usual]
