Special Containment Procedures: SCP-XXXX cannot be moved to a secure location, due to its anomalous affect on individuals who come in to contact with the item. The foundation has purchased █████████ █████████ Public Broadcasting studio and setup a secure perimeter around the studio in a circumference of 314.16 around the property. A large steel chain link fence standing 3.048 meters tall has been erected around the purchased property. A Guard shack maned by no fewer than two (2) individuals will stand at the road leading to the property.
Two (2) security patrols of four (4) men and a team lead are to patrol the grounds outside of the fence one team moving left of the guard shack and the other team moving right of the guard shack. These teams will cross on the opposite side of the property and continue following the preset path of patrol. Patrol teams must confirm the integrity of the grounds and fence to make sure no outside breaches are made in to the grounds of the property.
under no circumstances are security or research personnel permitted to enter the marked off circumference of the Property. A kill order will be given for any individual(s) who cross this marked off area without expressed permission of site ██ Admin. Should containment become compromised an evacuation order will be issued and all unaffected personnel able to evacuate will do so. At this time an air strike will be called in on the location and carried out, two (2) fully equipped Reaper MQ-9 strike drones will carry out the order.
Research personnel may petition for the use of D-Class personnel for research purposes only and results of research must be observed from the onsite security observation room in the guard station.

90s sitcom – A Television filming camera that affects 18 to 50 year old humans within a range of 50 feet of the anomaly. When the victim enters within the range of the anomaly they will stop performing any actions or showing any motivation outside of the behaviors of a typical 90s sitcom character.
If the victim is left unobserved by the naked eye they will continue to act out “episode” after “episode” till the victim becomes emaciated due to lack of food or water leading to organ failure and eventual death.
If the affected victim becomes observed by the naked eye of another human within the age range the victim will stop any actions they are performing in the sitcom and begin to act out the full intro to most commonly Family Matters lasting between 54 seconds and a minute and 20 seconds.
If the observer of the victim finishes watching the intro they will become affect by the anomaly and begin to act out a new role in the sitcom alongside the original victim. No known range beyond line of sight is known in this occurrence of the anomaly.
