Drone is deployed into the pouch of SCP-XXXX, a camera attached in order to record what is inside.
The contents of the pouch appear to be largely empty, save a few children's toys from over the years, seeming to date back to the early 1950s. Dr.██████, the individual controlling the drone remotely, is visibly surprised, and curses. They proceed with the exploration, nothing especially remarkable to be noted, just empty blackness, they make a joke that it reminds them of their soul.
The drone continues onwards into the void for another 30 minutes before one of the other researchers says that this exploration is pointless and that there's nothing inside of the chasm. After another hour, there it is noted that the space seems to go on forever, and that almost nothing other than toys and food have been found, Dr. ██████ notes that none of the food has gone bad, seeming to still be fresh.
Does time pass differently there?
Three more hours pass, which nothing to note, but there is no sign of the entrance to the pouch, Dr. ██████ stands, sticking their hand inside of the pouch before anyone can move to stop them, " Sweet Goddess, this is cold as [REDACTED] ", they quickly retract their hand, rubbing it against their other hand to warm it up. Dr. █████████ retrieves a thermometer and measures the temperature within the pouch, after a few minutes, they look at the temperature, which is at 2 degrees Celsius. Dr. ██████ returns to their seat, and proceeds to continue the exploration, complaining under their breath about how this exploration should've ended 3 hours ago.
Once the exploration hits the 5 hour mark, and still no signs of life, other than the occasional 'Hello?', which many brush off as being their minds tricking them, trying to find a sign of life. Dr. ██████ begins to bring back the drone. When the journey back hit the 2 and a half hour mark, the first sign of life appears. A finger nail clipping and a few hairs, but there is no way to collect the samples, Dr. ██████ continues onward.
After another 2 and a half hours, the drone returns, and the exploration concludes.
