Special Containment Procedures: SCP-XXXX is to be kept in a 40" x 20" x 20" inch aquarium. SCP-XXXX’s tank is to be kept away from any direct sunlight as with normal members of it’s species. SCP-XXXX is not to be physical harmed or injured in any way shape or form, as the events could be catastrophic.
Description: SCP-XXXX is a specimen of Silurus Glanis, more commonly known as the wels catfish. SCP-XXXX was discovered off the coast of ████, Serbia by a local fishing family and is capable of speaking fluent German. Foundation scientists estimate that It’s lifespan is about as long as the average human beings. SCP-XXXX was found to have a very peculiar ananotomical structure after undergoing X-rays. Despite it being a catfish, It possesses human organs and a human neurological system, however it’s circulatory and muscular systems belong to that of a normal member of it’s species. SCP-XXXX will always introduce itself as “Archduke Franz Ferdinand”, despite said historical figure being murdered ██ years prior to SCP-XXXX’s discovery. SCP-XXXX will often tell long hunting stories and personal details about it’s life from “before it was reborn” when it has the chance to interact with foundation personnel. These stories are known to cause great irritation to the listener to the point where they begin to feel tempted to physically harm SCP-XXXX. Foundation personnel are strongly encouraged not to act upon these urges (see incident log for reasoning). SCP-XXXX’s hunting stories and personal recollections, upon further research, are completely consistent with the real Franz Ferdinand’s Life.

Below are a select few incidents that are of noticeable concern:
Incident 42-E: Upon SCP-XXXX being punched by Dr. ████████ during a lengthy conversation about Serbian rebellion, president ██████ of Austria expressed ideas of reuniting with Hungary and reclaiming Serbia. He was quickly registered class 4 amnestics.
Incident 32-D: Regarding a similar event involving several D-class personnel, German prime minister ████ had delivered a speech on the topic of reinstating a monarchy in Germany.
Incident 81-A: during an interview with [DATA EXPUNGED], an on site mobile task force guard attempted to climb into SCP-XXXX’s tank and strangle it. The guard was removed from the room and disciplined shortly afterward. At the same time, a descendant of former president Woodrow Wilson announced that he would run for president. He gained a massive amount of support amongst the people of the United States and was promptly terminated. Amnestics were distributed.
Incident 95-F: during a containment breach, Dr. Bright relocated SCP-XXXX to a loudspeaker. Serveral casualties were involved. An hour later, a monarchist party appeared in Great Britain that wanted to rebuild the British empire.
Dr. ████████████ theorizes that every time SCP-XXXX is physically injured, politics in Europe slowly lean towards the same state they were in during the early 1900’s. If SCP-XXXX is killed, it is believed that a repeat of World war 1 will occur.
