Special Containment Procedures: SCP-XXXX-1 is to be stored at facility of O5-1's choice and moved at least once per week. The reverse engineering could prove invaluable to the Foundation and is considered level 1 priority.
The translation/deciphering of SCP-XXXX-2 is to be considered a level 0 priority due to the value of the information it contains as well as the security risks identified however no more than twelve linguistics experts, chosen by 05-1, are to be assigned to SCP-XXXX for possibility of information leak's. Current priority is to translate the section pertaining to the SCP foundation before returning to other groups of interest. All data is to be given to 05-1 immediately upon translation and the personnel who performed the translation is to be given a class C amnestic.
Description: SCP-XXXX-1 is an extremely advanced data storage device of [DATA REDACTED] origin currently containing over 500,000 yottabyte's of information. The storage capacity of is currently unknown but theorised to be infinite as all tests to determine its capacity have returned inconclusive.
SCP-XXXX-2 is the designation given to the information found stored on SCP-XXXX-1. This information seems to concerns all individuals, organisations, objects, entities and concepts found on earth. Special Containment Procedures: Containment of SCP-XXXX and instances of SCP-XXXX-2 is focused on the ongoing quarantine of Whittier, Alaska. Any and all forms of communication originating from the containment area are to be intercepted by the Foundation and prevented from reaching the wider human population. No personnel with a score of less than a 98 on the psychic resistant scale (PRS) are permitted to enter the town without level 4 approval.
As the area surrounding Whittier is impassable the only entry into the town was via the Anton Anderson Memorial Tunnel which has been collapsed to facilitate containment. A cover story of ongoing maintenance is to be perpetuated to explain the restricted access to civilians. While the surrounding area is impassable by land due to the risk of SCP-XXXX observation or SCP-XXXX-2 instances infiltrating human society an automated defence system has been installed to ensure no containment breach occurs.
The waters surrounding the town are to be under constant patrol by no less than one US Arleigh Burke-class destroyer and three Freedom-class corvettes. Due to risk from SCP-XXXX exposure and the relative shortage of humans with a PRS score of 98 or higher all vessels will need to function with a skeleton crew made of immune humans for the foreseeable future.
Any breach by SCP-XXXX or dissemination of its visuals represents a possible EK-class End of Human Consciousness scenario. Visual monitoring of the quarantined area is forbidden due to the high possibility of observing SCP-XXXX and no images or videos of it may be kept to prevent accidental exposure. Any human absorbed is to be declared lost and subsequently terminated if possible. MTF Eta-10 ("See No Evil") is to oversee containment.
Due to the risks of infiltration of SCP-XXXX-2 instances into wider human society any breach of them is to be treat as a total containment failure with any and all methods are approved to terminate the instances to prevent dissemination of SCP-XXXX visuals.
Alert: Due Incident 9365-EK SCP-XXXX and SCP-XXXX-2 instances are aware of details regarding there containment and as such the containment procedures must be overhauled. By unanimous approval from the O5 council neutralisation efforts are approved.
Description: SCP-XXXX is a cognitohazard entity, likely as a result of its anomalous properties non infected subjects have only been able to vaguely describe it. Stating it to be quadrupedal, standing at 3.8 meters tall, having completely white rubbery skin and limbs massively disproportionate in size to its body. SCP-XXXX appears to serve as a over-mind, controlling the actions of SCP-XXXX-2 instances.
Humans, with less than a 98 on the PRS, which view SCP-XXXX or any imagery of it become part of a gestalt consciousness (and reclassified as SCP-XXXX-2) under the control of SCP-XXXX. SCP-XXXX-2 instances are primarily used by SCP-XXXX to attempt to expose humans to itself to expand the consciousness. SCP-XXXX-2 instances cannot be distinguished from normal humans, lacking any psychical changes and the mental changes being unnoticeable. In addition each instance retains the collective knowledge of all humans which have been apart of the consciousness making them extremely intelligent and dangerous.
These properties are only displayed in humans with no effect on other lifeforms. Immune subjects have been unable to visualise it through methods such as drawings and as such it is unknown what, if any, affect such things would have.
SCP-XXXX came to Foundation attention on 28/03/1964 during the Alaskan earthquake when Whittier law enforcement requested military intervention by the Alaskan state government after the confirmed sighting of a 'monster'. This was intercepted by the Foundation and upon realising the properties of SCP-XXXX an immediate quarantine was enacted.

Team Lead: Agent ██████ Khan
Team Members: MTF eta-10 ████ Peralta, MTF eta-10 ████ Amiga, Agent Ami Nevoro, D-4562
Foreword: Audio recording device recovered from eta-10 ████ Amiga on board the USS Ramage who expired due to hypothermia shortly after recovery. All personnel deceased.
[BEGIN LOG]
Mission Log, Agent Khan: This is Agent Khan, lead operative for exploration mission 4732-E. We've been told to check out the town of Whittier since its been pretty quiet for the last few years. I'm not sure exactly what were supposed to be looking for but whatever orders are orders.
In addition to me, Nevoro and the D-class's I've been told were getting some MTF guys to back us up. Wont lie, feeling pretty damn confident since these guys are eta-10 and this stuff is supposed to be there speciality.
We're at outpost ████ ████████ near the town right now. We're just waiting on this MTF guys to get here tomorrow then we will gear up and get transported to the town.
Date: 10/12/2016
Mission Log, Agent Khan: Those MTF guys? There blind, and i'm willing to bet that is the sole reason they were recruited into eta-10. Doesn't mean there not useful, they seem pretty unaffected by it really. I guess sending them makes sense considering what were checking out, still seems a bit weird though.
Apparently, besides the MTF guy's, we all have a high enough score to not be ah 'assimilated' so that's good. Unfortunately we don't now how XXXX or any of its instances will react if it learns this… probably best to not think about it.
Since the MTF's got held up on there way here, something about mechanical problems, we had to postpone the mission till tomorrow. Better gets some sleep.
Date: 11/12/2016
Mission Log, Agent Khan: We finally got to the town, we got dropped of by patrol boat during the night, and made our way to the ████████ hotel. We've set up base here for now since its close enough to the town that observation wont be a problem but far enough away SCP-XXXX-2 instance don't come around.
Anyway we did some scouting of the area and ah well it was pretty weird, everything seemed normal. The SCP-XXXX-2 instances were just sorta doing there own things. Doing jobs, talking, wandering around hell we had to check we were in the right place cause everything seemed so normal.
We split up into two teams and followed some of them around for the day. It was just so weirdly normal. The one we followed did some shopping in one of the stores, spoke with some of the others and went home. Nevoro's team watched one spend the day with its kids at the park… and that's it, just a parent with there kids. Its nothing like what we were told to expect. We stayed hidden throughout the day, doesn't seem like any of them noticed us.
Oh yeah no sign of SCP-XXXX, Amiga flouted the idea that its dead and the people are just living there lives out here. Peralta and D-4562 both thought that was just wishful thinking. Personally i think that might be the case since monitoring of this place is pretty spotty but we will continue with recon tomorrow and see if we can find anything.
Date: 12/12/2016
Mission Log, Agent Khan: Ok seriously is this some kind of elaborate prank? We continued observing the people but we saw nothing unusual. Like nothing, no XXXX, no creepy shit. D-4562 thinks we should try talking to one but that got smacked down by Peralta and Amiga since that would just broadcast that we are here to all of them and we dont know how they will react. Still though i dont think there's anything we can learn from just observing and we cant go far into town without risking being seen, talking might just be the only way to learn anything. We're gonna discuss a plan of action tonight since we have to do something.
Date: 13/12/2016
Mission Log, Agent Khan:… Jesus. Just… fuck. Things went from zero to a hundred in just ten seconds. (Heavy sigh) We agreed that talking to them might yield something so we went forward with the plan. We attached a remote camera to D-45… 6… to Jackson and sent him to talk to one of the people. It was really weird once one of them saw him they all just turned and stared but the ballsy bastard just started talking to the crowd of them. One, an old lady with the sweetest smile, came up and asked if he was new to town, just having a nice chat.
Eventually the lady started leading him somewhere, along with the entire crowd, the feed cut out a few times so we don't know where they lead him but the feed came back eventually. Can confirm SCP-XXXX is not dead, ugly thing was live on screen. Looks like its underground, no idea why though. Jackson was just staring at the thing and after a few seconds it let out that damn screech, burst Nevoro's ears through the screen, then… they tore him apart. The people just piled on him and killed him.
Now the entire town looks like its on alert, all the instances are carrying weapons and it looks like there searching for us. They haven't came to the hotel yet but we may have to start running if they do since theirs no way in hell we can fight them off.
Date: 14/12/2016
Mission Log, Agent Khan: They found us, Amiga went out for a smoke and i guess they must have seen her cause a few minutes later the entire town was converging on the hotel. The whole damned town, maybe four hundred people, they were really damned organised too suppose a hive mind does that.
They covered all the exits so we were forced to keep moving up towards the roof Peralta took a shots to the leg, he tried to get us to just keep going but Nevoro and Amiga weren't having it and carried the guy. Didn't really matter though, he bled out by the time we reached the roof. We blocked the door and used some of the gear we had to rappel down… Nevoro went last when those things breached the door and just cut the rope. She was dead on impact.
So now its just me and Amiga and we don't know what to do, we can't get out of this place and its only a matter of time before those guys find us. We're hold up in an old hardware store and were gonna make camp here for the night and try and think of plan tomorrow… hopefully.

[END LOG]
On 15/04/2017 agents implanted in in the ███ TV station in Anchorage were approached by SCP-XXXX-2 instances and shown a photograph of SCP-XXXX. Two of the three agents were absorbed with the third managing to escape and alert Foundation command before being captured and killed by the instances.
It was quickly deduced that the instances were attempting to use the station to spread SCP-XXXX visuals, MTF Eta-10 was immediately deployed and the possible beginning of an EK-class scenario was declared. Eta-10 was able to successfully block any signals originating from the station and terminate all suspected SCP-XXXX-2 instances in the ensuing battle.
After action report: Of the 74 humans present at the station 11 were confirmed to be SCP-XXXX-2 instances with the remainder being unconfirmed, all were terminated to prevent possible further infiltration. Only one instance was confirmed to have been a resident of Whittier with the rest having been Anchorage residents that were recently absorbed. An investigation into how containment was breached is ongoing. Total Eta-10 fatalities: 21.
All electronic devices present were wiped to prevent possible SCP-XXXX visual dissemination. A cover story of a terrorist attack was implemented to explain the event. As the agents absorbed were aware of several details regarding SCP-XXXX containment its containment procedures must undergo revision immediately. EK scenario averted.
Special Containment Procedures: SCP 5120 is to be kept in a high security humanoid containment unit with the following modifications:
• 24/7 video recordings of all activity in the cell
• A second layer entry way
SCP-5120 is to be given access to all unrestricted areas of its site, all activities and personnel it engages with are to logged. Following incident 1974-K SCP-5120 is only permitted access to the facility following good behaviour and must be escorted by two agents. All activities and personnel it engages with are to logged
Description: SCP-5120 is a humanoid entity standing at 1.5 metres tall of undetermined sex which superficially resembles a demon. SCP-5120 has two horns located above each of the temples which curve around to the front of the head, dark red skin and a pair of thin wings emerging from the upper back.
From the medical tests performed on SCP-5120 and making use of genealogical records possible biological relations have been found in [DATA REDACTED], this areas dialect corresponds to SCP-5120’s own accent, however SCP 5120 has refused to comment on this. Monitoring of these possible relations is ongoing.
SCP-5120 refers to itself as Yav and is generally friendly and polite to foundation personnel. SCP 5120’s behaviour patterns typically involve socialising with foundation personnel. SCP 5120 has shown a keen interest in the foundations objectives and on several occasions attempted to glean information from research personnel.
SCP 5120 is noted as having a somewhat androgynous appearance but the SCP itself has offered deliberately contradictory statements regarding its sex, on multiple occasions stating itself to be male and on others female. Despite these claims SCP-5120 does not posses genitalia of any kind nor any secondary sexual characteristics.
Interviewed: SCP-5120
Interviewer: Dr Shean ██
Foreword: This interview took place on 21/09/200█ shortly after SCP 5120 entered foundation custody. Dr Shean had previously stated themselves to be an Atheist and did so after.

Researcher notes
This is a formal complaint from doctor Shean for SCP-████-J in that we don't know what or where it is. Three of my researchers have been administered amnestics when asking about the SCP they are supposed to be working on.
Object class: Safe
Item #: SCP-XXXX
Special Containment Procedures: SCP-XXXX is to be stored in a high security locker at site-19. SCP-XXXX is not to be used for personal use and any personnel who are to interact with SCP-XXXX are to undergo psychological profiling and evaluation prior. Proposals into using SCP-XXXX for foundation use beyond research are under review.
Any personnel cleared for interaction with SCP-XXXX and are not subject of testing are to wear standard eye protection a specially designed mask which will be attached prior to testing and removed after.
Revised Containment Procedures: As of incident 1511-B personnel with suicidal tendencies or signs of depression are forbidden from interacting with SCP-XXXX.
Description: SCP-XXXX is a, heavily damaged, 6x3 foot mirror. SCP-XXXX alters the physical and mental properties of humans which view there own reflections in it. These alterations to subjects are instantaneous and are based off of the subjects subconscious view of there idealised self. These changes only occur in non anomalous human beings with no effect on animal life. There does not seem to be any limit to the transformations SCP-XXXX incurs beyond the subjects mind.
These changes only occur if the subject has a direct line of site to there reflection. Any object (including anything transparent) which blocks line of site to the reflection will prevent the transformation from occurring.
