Warning text of SCP-XXXX-2 through ████████
Item#: SCP-XXXX
Object Class: Keter
Site: Site-19
Special containment procedures
SCP-XXXX is an info hazard and must not be spread by any form. To do this if SCP-XXXX is detected near any individual an MTF squad Kappa-10 (Skynet) is dispatched to secure the individual and all forms of communication and to interrogate if they had shared SCP-XXXX with anyone. The individual is then told to send the chainmail to ███-███-████ which is a group chat of ██ D-Class who will receive it and be eliminated by the SCP. The affected individual is then administered Class-█ amnestics and all traces of foundation activity are then removed. The SCP itself is unable to be contained due to the fact that no one knows where it resides when not attacking a victim.
Description
The chainmail sent starts with “Warning! if you want to live do not read this 💀” The rest of what the message is Redacted as this is when the person reading it becomes “affected”.This message can be sent via any form of communication. The SCP attacks with a tall slender humanoid being designated SCP-XXXX-2 but the SCP’s shape is subject to change. The SCP is comprised of volcanic sand, iron shavings and unknown sand-like material that behaves like faro fluid this was designated “Faro Sand”.This allows the SCP to pursue a target with great speed and agility. Once the SCP catches a victim it will kill them either by breaking of the neck, Strangulation or stabbing the victim with a blade made of black steel.SCP-XXXX-2 will attack only it’s targets and nothing else it will pass by others hunting only the affected. I was attacked by unaffected personnel when it was fired upon with an electric shock weapon. (See Addendum-2)The personnel was terminated by the SCP with one blow to the gut. Most weapons are ineffective against the SCP except electric-based weapons which seem to disturb the faro sand having some effect on the magnetivity of the sand. Magnetic weapons also have a small but painful effect on the SCP disrupting its magnetism. Due to both those factors, we think all of the outside material is held together via a neodymium magnet. This was further proven by a scan that was run during a test (See Addendum-1).
Addendum-1
[Today is █/██/██ and I’m preparing to run a test on SCP-XXXX.I’ve read its report file so far and it is a very precarious being.I’m going to run a test to find out more about its composition. We are just finishing up the instruments and the message. The SD units are grabbing a D-Class and we’ll but up and running very soon. It's been about fifteen minutes and everything is ready.we’re up here in a box and the D-Class is in the chamber with a phone and a message is loading up. I think he’s reading it now so we must wait ok it’s been ten minutes and nothing is happening. Wait something is coming out of the wall! That's is we are starting the scan. Well that is happening the SCP is walking closer to the D-Class and has just stabbed him in the gut.D-Class is now designated terminated. The Scans are finished and SCP-XXXX-2 has now sunk into the floor with little to no trace. Getting the results from the test it is 40% volcanic sand,15%iron,50% Faro Sand and 5% black steel. It also seems to have a high magnetivity rate it’s around 2.8T. But this magnetic field is quite small. It only surrounds the SCP? This is quite interesting more testing is required.]
Addendum-2
[SCP-XXXX incident report]
Date: ██/██/19
Personal terminated:2
Time of incident: 18:42 EST
[Begin report]
SCP-XXXX-2 terminated an SD guard when it was fired upon it. This happened when a new foundation employee was sent a message from D̶r̶.̶B̶r̶i̶g̶h̶t̶ An unknown source and it was read and instructions were not followed and both the foundation personnel and the SD were terminated. The guard was using a taser and it did damage to the SCP (this was taken into account). The foundation personnel was killed with a snapped neck and no other injuries. The SD guard and Foundation personnel were both disposed of and both deaths were put on record. This concludes the incident report ]
Addendum-3
[[First contact with SCP-XXXX and SCP-XXXX-2]
[The Foundation heard about SCP-XXXX and SCP-XXXX-2 when a report was released in ████ ████ ███ California about a “chainmail murderer” the patterns were sporadic and unplanned some were in places that were hard to reach and unrealistic to commit a murder the foundation became suspicious when a video was released that was labelled “the Chainmail challenge” where one person had read the message and one had not. The one who read the message was killed by asphyxiation and the second appeared shaken up and was describing a “Black SandMan” who has strangled his friend to death without touching him. The foundation then got a hold of one of the messages and tested it on a D-Class where they found SCP-XXXX and SCP-XXXX-2. The foundation then gathered and contented all the affected persons and had them send all the messages to waiting for D-Class and no one else. The foundation took a hit in the D-Class population which was about ████. The affected were then administered Class-█ amnestics and a fall person was instated as the “Chainmail murderer”.The situation was closely monitored until █/██/██.Kappa-10 was assigned to SCP-XXXX and SCP-XXXX-2 and have been dealing with them to this day.]]

[[Transcript of audio log 003]
[containment Test 001]
Dr.C███: Good morning D-3784.
D-3784: Uhh hi? Can you let me out?
Dr.C███: Afraid I can’t.Please read the message on the screen (To Foundation personnel: Quick turn on the audio defenders!
D-3784: Warning if you want to live do not read this.[DATA EXPUNGED]Ok I’m done can I go now?
Dr.C███: No just wait for a bit.
D-3784: Na man I read the text now let me out!
[Just then SCP-XXXX-2 enters and stabs the D-Class]
Dr.C███: Hit it now!NOW!
[The magnetic barriers activate and SCP-XXXX-2 walks into it]
[SCP-XXXX-2 shrieks in pain as it stumbles backwards]
Dr.C███: Is it contained? It can’t go through the walls now.
[SCP-XXXX-2 jumps at the window]
Dr.C███: EVERYONE GET DOWN!
[SCP-XXXX-2 phases into the glass not to come out on the other side]
Dr.C███: Wha-what happened?! Where is SCP-XXXX-2?
Foundation personnel: It’s gone. Without a trace just like always.
Dr.C███: Interesting…It can use any surface no matter the size or material. We must run another test.
