Special Containment procedures

Due to the nature of SCP-XXXX it is currently impossible to contain with standard measures.
SCP-XXXX is currently located in a standard humanoid containment cell, devoid of any contents and surfaces made of smooth lead lined steel walls approximately ten (10) centimeters thick.
the ceiling of the roof is equipped with four (4) power washers connected to a steady supply of water.
the flooring of the containment chamer is equipped with a drainage system, and waterproof motion sensors, as observing SCP-XXXX through standard video equipment is impossible.

the pressure sensors in SCP-XXXX's conatinment chamber are to be monitored by no less than two (2) researchers. in the event of a containment breach, one (1) D-class personell is to be instructed to enter SCP-XXXX's chamber and view [REDCTED], thus luring SCP-XXXX back to the containment chamber. the D-class personell is not to be made aware of SCP-XXXX's properties.

in the case of a full containment breach MTF-Eta 10 "see no evil" are to be dispatched to the tracked locations of SCP-XXXX victims and prevent further spreading of [REDACTED] then terminate all people involved in the incident.

description

SCP-XXXX is a huamnoid entity missing both eyes wich have been replaced with dark sockets eminating a faint red glow.

SCP-XXXX will be mostly docile in his containment chamber, occasionally wandering the room rambling, here are some observed sentences:

why would they put me here?
i dont want to do this!
i am a slave in my own body.
i am so sorry.
will you forgive me? i can never forgive myself.
I DID NOT DESERVE THIS!

SCP-XXXX has a strong memetic effect, described as an urge to look into his eyes. this effect will trigger when targets are within approximately 20 meters of SCP-XXXX. once subjects have been removed from the SCP's vicinity they will deny any such effect. the effect is resistable if you are prepared and trained to resist it.

the main anomalous effect triggers when a subject looks directly into SCP-XXXX's eye sockets, this effect translates to images and artistic depictions if above 90% acccurate to SCP-XXXX's face.
when this occurs SCP-XXXX will become emotionally disstressed and screm phrases like

after that SCP-XXXX will demanifest until nightfall when the target (now designated SCP-XXXX-1)
when the target is a few secondrs away from falling asleep SCP-XXXX will manifest within the darkest part of the subjects room, giving them short term paralisys in the lower body. if the target looks into the eyes of SCP-XXXX he will begin approaching the bed, if the subject averts their line of sight from the SCP they can succesfully avoid it, and the SCP will demanifest within 10 minutes.
