"Hello everyone my name is Captain Megan Howzer for those of you who aren't aware site 300 was lost the all clear signal went down 2 hours ago. If you ask me this has gone on for far to long, I propose we do something about. I say we attack the instances head on."
"What do you think we should do?"
"I say we attack the place that holds the largest number of instances, Environmental site 55 in Chicago. do to heat analysis we learned that site 55's core houses a large amount of them, and the ones inside never seem to exist the building. I say we infiltrate site 55 and detonate the war head, it'll take a massive portion of the instances.
"I'm going to take 8 Theta-4 agents with me."
"Yes Captain how long do we have to exfil before the bomb goes off."
"2 Mins."
"Is that enough time?"
"I'm not sure. but we have to try something. With that being said Jericho, Jessy, Otis, Galaxy, Max, Tommy, Casey and Myself. Gear up take your flamethrowers, M1911's a fully automatic weapon, and the portable interceptors."
"Well be going in 15mins, and pack 10 days worth of MRE's."
"We set off at 5:10, we all had no Idea what I got us into."

Megan: "Ok we have a 3 day walk ahead of us, stay off the grass, don't kill any animals, and don't interact with any of the instances." Ok lets go.
We left the site and walked for 3 and a half hours before and stopped before it was to dark to see, we set up a small makeshift camp out of our bags and ate our MRE's. We had little chat and made a small fire… This was a terrible Idea.
Megan: what made you all join up with the foundation
Jericho: Ill go first, I guess I fought in the Middle East in the early 2000's after 9/11. After I came home, I still wanted to help in some way and one day I was contacted by the foundation and after 4 years of service I ended up here.
Jessy: I was a hacker, I hacked multiple large corporations I was almost a D-class but the foundation realized I was more useful as a MTF than a D-class. in order to keep me "inline" I had a bomb placed in my neck and at the first sign of being a problem they would blow my head off."
Jericho: "Why don't you run away now? you could be free."

Jessy: "Well either way I have a better chance of serving with you all than on my own."
Otis: I use to be law enforcement with a loving wife and a son they were killed during a chaos insurgency caused containment breach the entity pulled my wife apart right in front of me. It sucked my sons life force out I was saved by the containment team. I was almost amnestied but instead I was recruited.
Galaxy: I've been working with the foundation for almost 10 years now, I fought with them from Sarkis in the desert to the to re-containing 682. I've seen some shit, shit that would make a normal man unstable. I nearly ended my own life. Not on my own free though I was controlled by a entity, they call it a meme, I had the gun under my chin but if it wasn't for Chi-13 task force member I would be dead. But after that I was held on a temporary suicided watch, after it ended I had a new out look on life. I learned my lesson and always followed the rules no mater what.
Jericho: "Wow I never knew that about you."

Max: Ok, I guess I'm next? I was a kid when I had my first run in with anomalies we were driving down the road heading home after I got the new Lego Star Wars video game we were so close to our house I could see it. My mother and father both paused, it was almost like I was watching a YouTube video and paused the fucking thing. Once everything went back to normal my father was just slumped over the steering wheel and my mother was hanging over the arm rest. My dads foot hit the pedal and we crashed into our own house. The police and medical examiners said my father died from a heart attack and my mother die in the crash. I was raised by my grand parents and went to school to study CSI. Collage was expensive so I Joint the Air force to help pay for classes, then one day I get offered a job at a secret government site the rest is history.
Tommy: My father was a researcher at site 19, he saw I was interested in joining the Marines so he got me an interview with the site 19 security manager. After a few years of being a site guard I became a was requited for Chi-13.
Casey: compared to everything anyone said, Tommy you had a pretty normal begging.
Tommy: I guess your right. I had no anomalous activity happen to me or my family and was just hired like any other job.
Casey: Well I guess its me next. I took several martial arts and self defense classes became a Black Belt in Brazilin Jujitsu, aikido, tae kwon do, I am a excellent hand to hand combatant and the only person who could get me to tap out is the Brazilin Jujitsu Grand Master and fellow masters. I was seen at a tournament and was requited.

It all happened so fast. Only moments after I read the message Jericho had a vine wrapped around and was dragged onto the grass and into the woods off the road.
Jericho: SHIT SHIT SHIT.
Megan: JECICHOOOOOO!
Jessy: NOOOO!
Everyone started to grab there weapons and gear ready to save Jericho
Megan: NO! EVERYONE STOP! We cant go on the grass, the planet and instances will know our location.
Galaxy: Captain they already know where we are.
Gunshot took our attention back to the woods the flair from Jericho's Scar lit the darkness. After 6 3 round burst everything went silent.
Meagan: Ok everyone we move out. Now.
we all started heading out before we were ambushed by any instances. But as we were leaving the trees, brush, and overgrowth started shifting. everyone pointed there flame throwers at what was coming out of the trees.
Jericho: Oh man that was crazy… Why is everyone pointing flamethrowers at me?
Casey: Captain what do we do.
Megan: terminate the fucker.
Jericho: WHOW WHOW WHOW! No ok I'm not replaced I'm still human
Max: No I've seen this before. I know an entity when I see one and that. that thing is no longer Jericho.
Jericho: Captain its me, I promise you that I am Jericho
Galaxy: Captain no he's not we need to terminate him NOW.

Jericho picks up a rock and sliced open his hand. red blood came out.
Jericho: See if I was replaced I wouldn't be bleeding red, like if I picked this flower it would be red on the inside.
Everyone looked at me and anticipated my next move.
Megan: Jericho put your hands behind your back turn around and walk to me.
He groined but did as asked, I reached behind me and picked my cuffs out of my belt and restated his arms.
Megan: from this point forward you will be the head of our group, all meals will be given to you and once we get back to our shelter site you will be tested for plant cells.
Jericho: Is this really necessary Captain?
Megan: Yes it is, we cant trust you now. Everyone else lets move to a more secure area.
We walked another hour before stopping, I needed to set new rules now that we had a potentially compromised solider on our team.
Megan: ok team listen up we are going to rest here, I need 2 of you to keep watch for the replaced and keep an eye on Jericho.
Galaxy: Ill keep first watch.
Otis: Ill join you galaxy
Meagan: Ok we got this figured out? wake up 2 other people in an hour

I know you know, you saw what's at site 55. If you turn back now ill let you all live a bit longer, ill hold off my assault on your shelter site for 6 days once you all return. OR THIS WILL BE THE RESULT OF YOUR INSUALENCE.
I'm running, but not moving, plant life is all around me, the survivors at the research are all replaced. I start sinking
It was around 5 AM I was woken up by Jessy, And tommy was wakening up Max.
Jessy: captain are you ok? You were crying and shaking.
Megan: A bad dream is all
Jessy: Megan We have been together for a few years at this point and I have never seen you cry. something is happening isn't it? and if I had to guess it has to with Jericho right?
Megan: No I'm fine Jessy, Max you watch behind and Ill watch the front and Jericho.
Jessy: are you sure you're ok Megan?
Megan: Yes I'm fine, don't worry get some sleep. we move out in a hour.
6 AM rolls around, I wake up the rest of the group and we all made Jericho walk 6 kilometers ahead of us. We walked like this for 6 hour with 2 minutes breaks in between, we found a small park with fresh running water and decided to take a longer rest here and eat an MRE. I was in charge of feeding Jericho this time.
Megan: This is your only time to eat Jericho either eat now or starve
Jericho opens his mouth and waits for me to put the food in his mouth. Once he was half way through the MRE that's when we all heard it.
Tommy: Do you all hear that?
Casey: Ya it sounds like a clicking noise,
Galaxy: It sounds like its coming from the North.
Otis: Look at the lake, see the bubbles.
like on clock work a missive instance lunches out of the water. The entity was .00244km tall and .00254km wide, it was covered in vines, petrified followers, and dripping wet. The entity smashed the concert and ripped a section of rebar out of the ground. It let out a roar that echoed through the park. More smaller instances come out of the lake and burst through the ground. They didn't attack us though the bowed to the entity. The entity looked at Otis,
Otis: Oh fuck.
He picked up the end of his flamethrower and sprayed the entity with a burst of fire. Once the fire hit the entity it winds up and hit Otis with the rebar. He turned into a mist of red and organs.
Megan: NO
Jessy: Oh my God.
Galaxy: OTIS!
Jericho: Captain, uncuff me your down a man my flamethrower still works, you need me if you want to live.
I look at the entity and see everyone dumping there payload on the entity. But the ones surrounding us start moving closer.
Megan: Fine Jericho don't make me regret this.
I uncuff Jericho, he instantly goes for the flamethrower and jumps in the fight. I start clearing the ones surrounding us. I terminated 10 instances and hear the entity hit the ground. It was charred and disfigured.
we all ran past the other instances shooting and blasting fire. After we slipped away we took a moment to mourn and check our flamethrower fuel.
Megan: What are your fuel level at? I'm low.
Galaxy: I'm low too.
Jessy: Same, shit
Max: I'm low too. Why did those thing kill Otis? wasn't he meant to be replaced?
at that moment a earthquake happened. I told you my children could see you. They were watching you. I told them to kill your friend. THIS WAS A WORNING TURN BACK NOW AND OUR DEAL STILL STAND captain.
Jessy: What deal is the entity talking about?
Megan: its time to come clean I guess.
Jessy: What are talking about?
Megan: The dream I had. I guess it wasn't the stress after all but the entity. you see I had a dream with everyone and everything dead or replaced.
Max: You have been having dreams but like this and didn't tell us? Why?
Megan: Because I thought It was just the stress.
Jessy: Wait? What deal did you make with the entity.
Megan: It was one I accepted, the deal was that if we turned around and went back to the shelter site it wouldn't terminate us right away.
Tommy: Ok, so what do we do with Jericho and how do we get more fuel?
Megan: Jericho helped us terminate that missive instance and the smaller ones around us. cupel that with him bleeding blood I feel that he can be trusted. Also we are down a man and it will be more of a hassle to keep him in the cuff. As for refueling we could look for the closes fule station.
Jessy: Will their is one about 5km in the direction we are headed instead of taking a rest we could continue on to the station.
Megan: That sounds like a plan lets move out.
Even though I took the cuffs of Jericho I kept an eye on him until we got to the fuel station. that's when he cleared all doubt from my mind.
Megan: Ok everyone the station is crawling with the instances we need 2 to go around and clear a path as the rest of us take out the front. Do this stealthily knifes only I don't want any more of u to die got it.
Everyone: Yes Captain
Megan: Good, Jericho, Max you 2 go around back Galaxy, Jessy, Tommy, Casey, and I will handle the front. When you are inside signal to me then we will start our assault.
Max: Yes Captain understood
Max and Jericho went around to the side of the building and hid behind the price sign, a few of the instances saw them but they were able to take them out using there knifes and removing there heads.
Max and Jericho terminated 10 instances and was able to clear a path to the back. after what felt like an eternity of waiting Jericho opened the door and signaled us to clear the front.
We fought and saluted the rest of the instances upon entering the gas station I was greeted to the sight of Max on the floor missing an arm
Megan: MAX! What happened?
My eyes caught the gaze of Jericho.
Megan: IT WAS YOU WASN'T… I SHOULD NEVER HAVE TRUSTED YOU.
I pointed my M 1911 at Jericho's face ready to end this once and for all
Max: Captain, STOP, he saved me.
Megan: What? If he didn't do this to you what happened?
Max: It was an instance we went around back but it was a lot more than we anticipated, we took out almost all of them but one wrapped me and was dragging me on the grass but Jericho jumped in and cut the vines that I was wrapped in the instance slapped him into the building and grabbed me by the arm and was tarring me in half but Jericho killed it. However it managed to pull my arm off in the process.
Megan: Why didn't we hear you scream?
Jericho: He fainted, and just came too. I brought medical foam with me it seem to stop the bleeding. He's alive but I'm unsure if he will live much longer.
Megan: thank you Jericho, what do we do with him.
Max: I'll slow you down. let me stay behind.
Megan: No Max I cant let you stay
Max: Captain I'm Just going to weigh you down, you all can take my MRE kits and water plus my M 16 I'll take my pistol and fight as Meany of those SOB's as I can
Megan: Ok Jessy take the MRE kits, Galaxy take the water, and Casey take the ammunition from his M 16 Jericho and Tommy refuel the flamethrower I'll turn on the pumps
I walked over to the registers sobbing to myself thinking how was I that stupid, how could I let my team die like this. I turn on the pumps as Jericho and Tommy go to them I look at the candy rack, I took a Reese's cup looked at the exasperation date, and it was expired. The only thing that was still fresh was dark chocolate bar called sunken chocolate I always hated dark chocolate but I wanted the taste of something other than a salty MRE.
Megan: Casey Help me get Max off the floor.
We were going over to Max, at that moment Jericho and Tommy walk in saying the flamethrowers are full and suggested we fill up the spare 25 gallon gas container. I give them the Ok and continued over to Max
Megan: Ok let me help up,
Max: Thank you Captain.
Megan: Call me Megan.
Max: Ok Megan, I'm going to take out as many of those sons of bitches as I can.
Megan: Ok If you cant make it pleas put up a good fight.
Max: Right good luck in blowing up site 55 Megan.
Megan: Good bye Max May we meet again
Max: I hope that reunion isn't any time soon.
Max pulls out his 1911 and heads over to the door he walks out and says his good bye to Jericho and Tommy I saw him walk over to the grass, turn around and wave. He steps on the grass and immediately 15 instances come out of the field he is able to terminate 4 of them before he was wrapped up and then he self terminated the instance dropped his body before seeing us.
Jericho and Max picked up 2 of the 4 fuel cans and made a dash for the door. Casey and Tommy put a wooden plank in the door handle and placed snack shelves to block the door. We opened the back door and ran around. We saw 10 more instances heading to the door before and all at once every instance paused and turned there heads to all of us. All at once everyone of them ran to us we fought and burned the instances but only took down 3 of them. After all my team mates were wrapped I had to shoot the 2 fuel cans. It blow up the pumps and all the instances. Other than a few bumps and bruises my team was ok.
Megan: we need to move now!
We ran for what felt like hours and had 3 messages come through.
Why are you running captain? YOU CASUED AN EXPLOSION SENDING POLLUTION IN MY AIR, ON MY GRASS AND PLANTS OUR DEAL IS OFF!
THIS IS A FUTILE EFFORT YOU WILL ALL DIE! I WILL NOT RELIQUSH CONTROLE, I WILL NOT SIT BY AND LET YOU HUMANS KILL ME! My children will live.

Once the messages stop and we stop seeing instances we rest.
Megan: Jessy How close are we to Chicago?
Jessy: Well we are about a day away.
Casey: Fuck are you sure?
Jessy: Unfortunately, I just ready to get this over with.
Galaxy: Well lets get a move on were behind schedule
Megan: I'll contact shelter site 11 and give them an update.
Megan: This is captain Megan of Theta-4 Do you read me Mother Ship?

Megan: When green grass is gown stay in the concrete.
Falcon: Authorization code accepted, thank God Megan you and your team are alive!
Megan: No I lost Otis and Max, they were KIA. I just wanted to let you know we are behind schedule.

We stood still waited for 10 minus and kept quit due to the emergence of instances.

Falcon: We see site 90 on your route 5 clicks to the left it should have vehicles equated with stealth and infrared masking technology. It's one of a kind, you shouldn't be seen if you can get ahold of it. how ever site 90's all clear signal is offline, be advised to expect heavy resistance. If possible you may scuttle the site and take out as many of the instances as possible.
Megan: Thanks Mother Ship I'll run this by the rest of Theta-4.

Megan: Jericho, Jessy, Galaxy, Tommy and Casey. Here's the game plan, we need to make up for lost time, site 90 is to left it has a vehicle we can take.

The smell of Green Leaf Volatiles was extremely strong, and had missive putrefied flowers growing on the pipes, sprinklers, and cracking the ground.
This is not a drill site 90 is compromised, all living personnel are to evacuate to the closest shelter site in Detroit. Be advised to travel via foot and any motor vehicle travel is prohibited. This message will repeat.
We were kept hearing the evacuation message playing on loop. That damn message remined me that everything happening was real and not a dream, or movie. It was a reminder that everyone replaced or killed weren't coming back.

We though about using the Elevator, but it was covered in vines that went up and down the elevator shaft. We opting to take the stairs down to the garage area. The stair case ending on floor F5: Euclid Holding. We start passing containment chambers, until I got a glimpse of the cells, they still contained the entities but they have sickly green skin/outer layers. SCP-173 was cracked, dripping green and brown liquids, with pedals, vines, and flowers popping out it. Also it was still moving when I was looking at it.
Megan: Do you see that Tommy
Tommy: Ya I do. What the fuck that thing isn't moving like usual its more slow paced, mephitic, creepy,
Case: Ya I would say so but it wasn't alive was it? It was rebar and concrete.
Galaxy: I was one of the guards who locked that thing away when it breached containment. It felt alive, its eyes had a warmness about them like a soul was present. But now… That thing moves like its being controlled
Megan: Ok well we cant wait here watching 173, we must keep moving.
We carefully step gingerly past the containment units, as we walked a rapidly growing vine stopped us in our tracks. Luckily the vines stop right right before my foot. The blood was pounding in my ears as my heart rate went back to normal. We were continuously making our way to the door on the other side of the room. I looked through the doors window and see a site guard on the staircase.
The left eye of the guard was green and lifeless. He had branches, laves, and flower pedals growing out of its neck, arms, and had its right eye replaced with a Tiger Lily.
The repeating message alerting us to go to site 90 blares through the room and staircase.
The guard and I made eye contact and it screamed at the door and began to charge.
We backed away from the buckling door and pointed our flamethrower at the door when we notice the continent cells buckling too.
I started prepare for my death when we all heard the sound of a sprinkler system.
Only no water is coming down and it became harder to breathe.
The team quickly covered there face with his filter mask, mine was broken during our park fight.
The door breaks and the guard charged me. It screams, clutches its throat and drops dead.
We run for the stairwell as the doors to the containment cells fly off their hinges.
All the contained 173, and 1076, exited the cells and fell dead.
We exited the stairwell on F1 and head to the garage. “Please be empty” I think to myself.
I open the door and are greeted by a level 2 researcher pointing a Beretta M9 in my face.
I heard the words I never wanted to hear come from Casey's mouth
Casey: Replaced 939 incoming!
Galaxy swung his M19 around and fired at the 939 instance, it dogged the bullets and ran past Jericho as it tacked Galaxy.
The researcher fired 2 rounds at the entity, it jumped off Galaxy and on The researcher. I Unloaded my carbon at the entity, the rounds ripped through the entity and left it lying open and dripping water.
Megan: What's your name,
Mason: I'm Mason, I'm a level 2 researcher
Megan Hi, Mason I'm Megan Captain of MTF Theta 14 lets' close the door and then you can tell me what happened here.
We quickly shut the door and Mason told us what happened to site 90.
Mason: It all started my senior researcher Susan Maximoff, one day she was normal overly busy and often angry. However when she came to her office the next day she was more quite, alone, and started talking to herself saying phrases like "when" and "yes my lord". I thought she was just finding her faith. But once all the replaced people started attacking she and 4 other individuals replaced a pack of 939 and 173 one that happened they all started killing and replacing everyone. In there way, and ones the site was 75% covered in plant life the all clear signal went dark.
Galaxy: How did you survive? The last few weeks.
Mason: I hid here, It has a emergency a supply of Foundation MRE's and water. There is 250 packs left.
Megan: Grate, lets take Mason and the MRE's with us.
Mason: Wait what are you doing and why are you here?
Megan: We are headed to Chicago to destroy site 55 and take out a horde of the replaced.
Casey: In order to get there we need to take the experimental car that is here.
Mason: Ok we are going to need to refuel it with gas.
Megan: Trust us we got it covered.
Jessy: Where is the car at?
Mason: its a armored truck, not a car and it has clocking tech. But I'm not sure if that would stop the replaced from hearing us.
Megan: well have to try
Mason: Ok ill show you the truck.
Megan: Thank you Mason.
We looked at the armored transport, it was missing key components.
Megan: Shit Mason I thought you said this thing was just missing fuel.
Mason: It was at lest I thought so. What is it missing
Casey: it looks like the batterie for both the truck and the clocking generator.
Mason: I have no idea where the parts are?
We all hear a noise above our heads, the site director was above us dropping pollen spores that rapidly grow plants, the replaced instance crawled throw the duct holding the parts.
Megan: Well Grate, Casey with me, Jessy you and the others stay here and try to fix the vehicle. Mason where does that duct lead?
Mason: It goes to the site directors office.
Megan: Galaxy, Jericho you two kill the plants and spores before things get to crazy.
Casey and I went out of door and were greeted to, 6 more guards were there telling us "We will fail, We will be replaced, and there mother will live."
Megan: Casey. LIGHT. THEM. UP.
We lit the stair way a blaze, I can still smell the burning of plants. The fire started to get out of hand we need to take the long way now. We turned back to the garage area and took the other stairs. We were stopped again by more instances, This time we used our fire arms and pasted after a while of shooting and reloading.
Casey: where is the site directors office?
Megan: Above Keter level but we need to walk through the Keter Hall and use the stairs at the end of that hall.
Casey: Shit, its going to fell good to sit again.
Megan: Ya you can say that again, Now time to stay on high alert.
We successfully got to the Keter hall with only minor interruptions. However when we got to the Keter hall SCP-4399, SCP-4578, and SCP-5513, all breached containment.
Casey: I'll take SCP-4399.
Casey lit the SCP-4399 instances with a varsity and hate I never seen in her before. I garbed my gun and shot at SCP-4578, and SCP-5513.
During the fight I was having with SCP-5513 I didn't notice 4578 wrapped Casey up and started dragging her to the overseer's office.
Megan: NOOOO.
I terminated the rest of SCP-4399 and 4578. after that I went to each of the containment cells and burned the contents on the in side.
I ran into the next stair case to see Casey in tears as she was taken around the Conner and out the other door. I was close behind and went through the doors to see her being taken in the office. The door closed behind them.
I tried to brake down the door but it wouldn't move. I tried burring it down but my flame thrower was empty. I shot the door, card reader, and mechanical locks. The door finally opened.
Upon entering I saw a Missive pod, SCP-5513, and the site director. No Casey, No parts
I tried to fire at the entities but my gun clicked. They seemed to notice and rush me. I pulled my knife and cut the vines the overseers sent my way. 5513 jumped at me. I rolled out the way and garbed Casey's 911 off the floor.
The site overseer wrapped my mouth and slimmed me agents the wall.
"Our mother will kill you, you know to much about her plain."
Megan: I'll do what needs to be done you spineless wimps.
I could feel the vines crushing on my neck, I pulled up my gun and shot both of the instances in the head point blank killing both of them.
after I got my breath I ran over to the sack and cut it open. Casey fell out covered in green fluids and crying.
Megan: Casey are you ok?
Casey: Ya I'll live.
I gave her the 911 back, we reloaded and started looking for the parts. but they were no where to be found.
Casey: Fuck, do you see the parts?
Megan: No I don't, shit.
We both look at one another and then look at the site director
Casey: Ok I'll turn him over and You cut him open?
Megan: Sure.
I take out my knife and Casey turns the overseer over I cut a bump on its back and am meet with a
splash of water and green fluid to the face and fight the felling of vomiting.
