Special Containment Procedure: SCP 4983 is to be contained in a regular human cell at site ██████. Under no circumstances should SCP 4983 be in a ten meter radius of any SCP Euclid or Keter unless SCP 4983 wishes to, if this is violated SCP 4983 will enter a state of depression, anxiety, confusion and may start to attack both the SCP with deadly balls of glowing yellow consented energy. Description : SCP 4983 is a 16 year old female who is an average hight of 5 feet 6 inches and weights 43 kg. SCP 4983 has elbow length dark brow hair and all normal features a human should have.
SCP 4983 is able to produce an unknown light energy from her hand witch has been able to heal whoever who comes in contact with the light SCP 4983 can heal cut, wounds, internal bleeding and most injuries, as mentioned above she can produce a deadly floating ball of glowing yellow energy with unknown properties from her palm of both hands, she is also able to create some form of highly consented energy force field within one km from her, witch according to SCP 4983 is unbreakable. Recently SCP 4983 is able to produce a pair of white wings witch has the span of 8 feet form her back witch she can use to fly.
Notes It has been noted that SCP 4983 is preferred to be called by her birth name Crystal. SCP 4983 was recovered in Japan, Osaka during mission ██████ on ██/██/ ██, she was found healing a near death person however she was unsuccessful. She also ask to be informed when the foundation has capture someone name Shadow, this request has been accepted.
