Special Containment Procedures:
SCP-4724 is to be contained in a stardard storage and research unit in Site-154, only personal of level 2 and above can access SCP-4724 for experimentation after an approved formal request to the site director Dr. Strain with a detailed list of the tests and its goals. Research must be performed with the presence of at least one (1) guard for the entirety of the testing. All tests must be properly recorded and transcripted for future reference.
Description:
SCP-4724 was recovered from a storage warehouse during a operation for the maintainment of secrecy about anomalies (Operation Stingray) in 2018, the operation lead to the detention of zero people and no clues about the exact origin of SCP-4724 were found. A manifesto was found in the interior of SCP-4724 transcripted on Addendum 4724/2, the manifesto resembles the Socialist Rifle Association but no connection has been found between the two organizations.
SCP-4724 is a 1m * 0.8m * 0.5m box of metallic appearance of unkown composition, in it's longer side it has a flat screen of 30cm * 25cm and below it sticking outwards there is a QWERTY keyboard that lacks all keys useless to writing including but not limited to "F1" to "F12", "Supr", "insert", "Fn", while the arrow keys, "Enter", "Backspace", "Shift" are present.
The box can be open from above like a chest but only when a light located above the screen is in the color green or is completely off. when the light is in the color red no methods for trying to opening SCP-4724 has been successful1.

SCP-4724 can create any physical object described when entered in its screen throught the keyboard while SCP-4724 is closed, the time it takes to create objects has been recorded to be between 0.89 seconds to 2 minutes 34 seconds, the person typing the description is a vital component in the method of creation as a mental visualization of the object is necessary for it to be a realiable copy of the real counterpart (see Addendum 4724/3 for test logs), the method that SCP-4724 uses to access the brain of the subject for the creation of objects is unkown but is theorized to be throught the physical contact with the keyboard of SCP-4724 while writing in it.
Addendum 4724/1:
Hi this is the Socialist Anomalous Association, if you have found this, that means you have found our wonderful "Cerebral ElectroGenesis Machine". In our quest to liberate the world from the ruling elites and end the secrecy of occult "foundations" that work for self serving bureaucrats it was created with the objective of seizing the anomalous for the wellbeing of humanity.
What it is:
A box that can create any object after is described throught the keyboard attached to it.
How it works:
-Zero, read all the instructions before using. Don't use the Machine to store anything while not in use. Don't start the Machine if an object is already inside it.
-First you have to close the Machine, it's made to not work if you haven't done that, for safety reasons.
-Second you have to write what you want in the screen with the incorporated keyboard, while you write you must have at least a vague idea of what you want to appear inside the Machine and visualise it. Note: if you have an indepth understanding of the thing you are writing is even better.
-If you don't have a good understanding then just google some detailed description and use that instead of descriptions from memory.
-Press Enter twice to make the Machine make its thing, there will be a red light while it does. It will take between a couple seconds to an entire minute for the Machine to end its work, when it's done the light will be in green, now you can safely open the Machine.
-As you can see, you can create virtually anything with this machine, when everyone has the means of production there is no need for the bourgeoisie to even exist!
WHAT NOT TO DO
-Don't try to create things out of your scope of knowledge, that will make the machine create things with the wrong materials and can be potencially dangerous. The machine bases the creations in your mental visualization (not only is it's description), if your visualization is not good enough maybe it will make a pencil with gunpowder rather than graphite and KABOOM! you will loose your hand because you don't know the difference between the two.
-Don't create alive things, you can create food but alive things will probably be created deformed and in suffering. If your knowledge of biology is poor it will be created with wrong materials and will probably die. Not funny. SERIOUSLY.
-Don't try to create things that are bigger than the Machine it will explode in your face when you open it because of the pressure, or in the best case scenario it will just create things that are broken.
-Don't create absurdly dangerous stuff, fireguns are fine, uranium is not fine.

The Socialist Anomalous Association is an organization dedicated to providing the working class with the information and the means for self sustainment and self defense, this include sustainability and autonomy of communities to all manners of community self defense. Our members produce quality manuals and guides for teaching about the safe use and creation of anomalies, their history and mechanics; while also firegun marksmanship and safety; as well as unarmed self defense, emergency medical care, disaster relief, hunting, containment and protection of anomalies. Our local chapters will provide in-person training and workshops, using individual members' skills to help address the needs of their community.

Q: Are you a militia?
A: We encourage our members to oppose fascism in all its forms, and we stand in solidarity with our comrades who engage in direct actions against fascist organization. However, we are not a militia and we do not condone our members engaging in violence on our behalf. We believe the best way for our organization to oppose fascism is through education, training, and community building.
Q: Do you own the Socialist Anomalous Association?
A: The Socialist Anomalous Association is a not-for-profit organization that doesn't abide by the laws of any particular country. It is "owned" by no one and is governed by its members. Every member is a voting member and can vote on changes to the internal laws and the central committee that handles the affairs of the organization.
Q: How do I join?
A: We will contact you first. Being member of other socialist associations around the world will help us locate you. We will then try to put you in touch with other members in your region to form local chapters. Or if a chapter already exists in your region we will contact you to them if you accept to be a member.
Q: What if there are no chapters near me. What can I do?
A: If there is no existing chapter in your area, you will be assigned to a new chapter. If other people from your area also join, they will be assigned to your chapter. We will provide a forum or other means of communication to help you get in contact, meet up, and help you build your chapter.
Q: You charge money for membership?
A: No, our resources come mostly from anomalous means, we don't need money from either membership nor donations.Q: If you contact me first that means you have my information, like name and location. How will you stop it from getting into the hands of fascists or other dangerous people?
A: We are handling member's information on a secure anomalous computer system. After we contact you, you can choose how much information can be stored about you, if you so desire you can remain completely anonymous. We will always attempt to keep as little information as is necessary for the function of the organization
Q: What about the feds? I don't want the FBI to have my name on file.
A: As an organiation that operate outside legal boundaries we will actively fight any attempt to subpoena or otherwise acquire any member information or logs
Q: What are Anomalies anyway?
A: We call Anomalies to anything that falls outside common understanding of science, including theoretical science, call it paranormal or supernatural we think we can study them and eventually understand the underlaying rules they follow even if those rules fall outside the known laws of physics. These anomalies range from inanimate objects to sentient creatures or even enhanced humans.
A: Indeed it can be, but we try to not involve ourselves with the dangerous ones unless is with the objective of propecting communities, that's why we encourage an open dialogue about these entities, we can't defend ourselves if we don't know what they are, we can't use their benefitial properties if we don't understand them.
Q: If there are super humans, how you deal with them?
A: In a case by case basis mostly based on their personality, if they are dangerous and narcissistic we do not involve ourselves with them, but that mean at least a initial interaction with them, that can be dangerous but retreat to safety is always an option. We do not have the means to help the most dangerous out there and that's a fact we can't ignore. If they want to be helped we will, we have to be compassionate, anomalous humans didn't ask for their abilities and sometimes those abilities not only can be dangerous to others but also to themselves, we try to discover their limits and how to use their abilities while teaching them to be humble, to use their abilities for the wellbeing of their communities rather to just selfish reasons.
Q: Earlier you said there were other organizations like yours, what's up with them?
A: There are other organizations that try to acquire anomalous entities and objects, but they are not like ours, some try to destroy every anomaly they encounter, including sentient ones; others try to protect anomalies but don't show any contempt at the idea of killing people for the sake of secrecy or experimentation.

We have an active breach of secrecy in our hands, this organization posseses an unknown amount of anomalous objects and has tried to stablish contact with organizations that do-not deal with anomalous objects in numerous times, we do not know how many members there are, we do not know when and where they will try to create multiple breaches of secrecy, we do not know what is their capability of creation of new anomalous objects nor how serious we should take the threat of creation of anomalous objects as weapons is. I officially request we open an investigation on this GoI and its capabilities.

Results: A mass of compressed flesh, bones, blood and other bodily fluids. DNA testing revealed 30% of the DNA was non human and not correlated with any known living creature. Note: Our theory is that without knowing by memory most of the human genome, creating a human via SCP-4724 will be impossible, this probably applies to other living creatures with complex genome. Regardless is extremely odd that it was capable of creating complex protein structures, but not a complete DNA sequence, my theory is that this was made on purpose, to discourage us or anyone else from making living creatures.

Addendum 4724/4: Resume of the Socialist Anomalous Association activities
It was reported in 03/02/2018 that a unidentified number of people without weapon licenses where openly carrying grenades and assault weapons in ███████,███. Further investigation lead to the arrest and interrogation of one person by the local police.
Log 4724/1:
Interrogator: Why were you carrying grenades and assault weaponry?
████ ██████: No I wasn't you just came to my home and arrested me, what the fuck are you talking about.
Interrogator: You were seen by a neighbour a few days prior, also you were in possession of these elements in your house, we registered it.

Interrogator: How was your interaction with the guy. What he told you? He told you to open carry the weapons?
████ ██████: No, that was my idea, this is what happened. I was looking for weapons to buy, for self defense as I told you, I was contacted throught the internet, a friend recommended me a guy that offered weapons for a low price, we met on the streets with the guy, then he told us that the weapons were for free as long as we listened to him. Of course we accepted, we thought it was weird but whatever, my friend already had done the same in the past, he just didn't told me. So, this guy in black told us about the government and other organizations were conspiring to fool us into believing the supernatural didn't exist, I obviously was sceptic, he said we had the right to know how to protect ourselves from these phenomena and use the safe ones for the benefit of all. Then he asked us what weapons we wanted, I asked jokingly if he had grenades, but he truly had fucking grenades, he said we should wait, he writed something in a computer attached to a metallic box, when he finished he said we have to wait about one more minute, I was impatient, that sounded really dumb, because the minute we waited he was doing nothing. Then he opened the box and gave me like five grenades, I asked him if I can look inside the box to see what other weapons he had, but there was nothing, I asked why, he told me is not necessary, that this machine was supernatural, he called it an "anomaly" (raises fingers), that anything can be created as long as you have a deep knowledge about it, I obviously didn't believe it, I said, then create a machine gun, and he fucking did it, I lifted the box thinking it may have a hole leading to an underground something with the guns but there was nothing but the concrete of the ground. Maybe you don't know it but the government is really fucking with us, and with you. The world is more amazing than I imagined and the governments more corrupt than I thought, and I'm a fucking anarchist, I think every government is corrupt.

████ ██████ was given amnestics and released, is currently under Foundation vigilance in case it enters in contact with a member of the Socialist Anomalous Association again.
In 15/02/2018 Foundation agents traced ████ ██████ friends into a warehouse were it was thought they were arming themselves with other militia members, when operatives arrived there was nothing but SCP-4724 and the manual and manifesto in it's interior, it's believed they used anomalous methods to transport themselves to a unkown place as numerous shoe shaped carves in the ground were found in the interior of the warehouse corresponding to a known type of teleportation (see SCP-████).
