Description: SCP-XXXX was recovered by Agent Jared Keyser in Athens, Greece. SCP-XXXX was dormant in a local antique store, and recovered by the Foundation after reports of those who came in contact with the antique dying in the night. The night after Agent Jared Keyser had recovered the SCP, he was found dead - an autopsy shows that the cause of death seems to be lethal cardiac arrest.
SCP-XXXX is a porcelain figurine resembling Maria holding baby Jesus. The figurine is approximately 22 centimeters in height and 13.7 centimeters in width. Most of the paint on the object is painted in molten gold.
Any humanoid or animal coming in contact with SCP-XXXX will experience lethal nightmares next time they fall asleep. After contact the subject tend to become significantly more drowsy after 15 minutes - 30 minutes. No subject has been recorded staying awake any longer than 3 hours after initial contact with the antique.
No subject has ever survived the nightmares caused by SCP-XXXX. Only one subject has survived the nightmares caused by SCP-XXXX. The nightmares are described by the subject as horrific torture. The nightmares of other subjects has lasted from anywhere in between 1 minute - 43 hours before suffering lethal cardiac arrest. Under the nightmares the subjects has 1 out of 2 physical reactions, they either will lie completely still without any physical movement or they'll have continuous spasms similar to those of epileptic spasms.
Addendum XXXX-B: Important test logs of SCP-XXXX

Subject: █████ ████████
Procedure: Subject has been told to carry a camera with a microphone streaming a live feed to the scientists. Subject is going to go into contact with SCP-XXXX for then to try to stay awake as long as possible using any means necesarry.
Results: Subject was recorded to stay awake for approximately 2 hours and 58 minutes. Object held by the subject had been successfully transferred into the dream. The camera streamed nothing but static while only picking up incomprehensible screams from the subject. The sream ended when the camera malfunctioned after the subject suffered lethal cardiac arrest.
Analysis: After the experiment we've learnt that any object the subject is holding will be transferred into the subjects dream.

Procedure: Subject with higher psychopathic tendencies has been chosen to be the test subject by Dr. Ideles. If the experiment is a success we'll see if the subject survives any longer the bigger the psychopathic tendencies.
