Special Containment Procedures: SCP-XXXX is to kept at all times in an airtight 15.5 m x 15.5m x 25 m airtight cell made from an alloy of titanium and graphite. A strong tesla system surrounds the cell¹. Entrance to SCP-XXXX's chamber must always have an operation airlock door. A 20m x 10m x 3m operating room is to be built next to the chamber. No windows are constructed and infrared video cameras are used in the event of SCP-XXXX-2. Only personal with L3 clearance can enter and conduct experiments.

Every month or after an SCP-XXXX-2 event, janitors will clean the dark liquid that covers the chamber. (See Addendum A)

If any facility personal enters SCP-XXXX's chambers, he/she must be equipped at all times an Infrared and Night Vision sensor headset. Failing to do applied would lead to instant blindness
If an instance of SCP-XXXX-2 is identified, 2 Class-D subjects² is to enter the chamber to distract while facility operators enable the Tesla.

If an instance of an unidentified SCP-XXXX-2 or the Tesla system has no or little effect. 2 guards equipped with a Micro HD³ to eliminate the target. The Micro HD after use is to undergo "Fine" setting of On-site links to recharge.

If all mentioned failed and the entity escapes containment⁴ If a Containment Breach is active, all access to the chamber will be locked and access will be denied⁵. When instances escape the chamber or reach the surface. MTF Units ███████ ██ and ████-█ respond immediately. If the entity escapes even the facility and reaches public areas. MTF Mu-13 and Omega 12 will track down and exterminate. Only contained entities of SCP-XXXX-2 are to be kept for research.

Description: SCP-XXXX appears to be a dark spiralling mass stood stationary in mid-air. The spiral is around 10 metres in diameter. Stars, supernovas, planetary systems and seemingly ordinary universe features can be seen in the spiralling mass. A dark liquid covers the chamber. How the liquid spread or form is caused by █████, as proved by Dr ████. If anybody sees SCP-XXXX with bare eyes. Instant blindness will occur and there is currently no treatment. In further analysis, the cause of blindness originated by the popping of the inner retina, and also by the [REDACTED]

If you touch or an object touches SCP-XXXX, they will be visible on the dark spiralling mass and seems to have teleported somewhere in the universe. We are currently unsure if it is standard spacetime or irregular. People who are in the universe (Now referred to as SCP-XXXX-3) find themselves with an ordinary new square rubber. If the rubber is torn apart, people inside SCP-XXXX-3 will find themselves back on Earth but in a random location. Locations vary from Mountains, Volcanos, and even Foundation Sites.⁶

Inside SCP-XXXX-3, laws of our currently known universe apply there. All exploration personal are to wear the Foundation's ████-██ Suit, enabling up to 48 hours of food, water and oxygen with high protection from extreme temperatures and pressure.

Every █ months, a different entity emerges out of SCP-XXXX. Most of these entities, (SCP-XXXX-2) are hostile and vary from dark shapeshifting goo to humanoid creatures. These creatures are usually equipped with high-tech weaponry and armour currently unknown and too advanced for the Foundation to fully understand. Where they came from and their language is currently unknown.

Communication attempts have all been a failure.

Sometimes, a friendly SCP-XXXX-2 emerges and helps the Foundation. Such as helping construct ███ Turrets and █.█.█s. Most SCP-XXXX-2 are more advanced than our technology but there has been several cases of SCP-XXXX-2 instances that haven't developed weaponry or space exploration.⁷

L4+ ACCESS REQUIRED

[Addendum A: The liquid has absolutely no relation to other SCPs. There is no corrosive effect, scientist's theories suggest that the liquid is dark matter or ██████████. This dark solution has a complicated chemical compound of COCl2████████.

Effects of skin vary from boils to paralysis, the Foundation has found no way to create this liquid. It has the consistency of melted chocolate.

Addendum B: Study of SCP-XXXX-2
When SCP-XXXX was contained in 19██, there have been 228 instances of SCP-XXXX-2. There has been only 5 different species of SCP-XXXX-2. But each with advancing technology, meaning that SCP-XXXX-3 is not normal time speed but sped up.
