Special Containment Procedures: SCP-XXXX is to be contained in a 4x4x4cm Concrete box and Buried 4 meters under ground by Site ██. The box is to be unearthed and checked every 5 months for any sign of damage. SCP-XXXX is only to be handled by those with a visual or hearing impairment (see addendum XXXX-1). If the box is damaged it is to he repaired immediately, and buried as soon as possible to avoid contamination of surrounding wildlife. In the event of a Containment Breach facility guards are to be sent from Site ██ and are to close the area and ensure no civilians enter the 5 mile radius. Guards are to be disguised as State Police.
Description: SCP-XXXX is a can of Sapphire Salute Matt Emulsion Dulex paint. The can remains sealed and in store condition. SCP-XXXX was recovered from a "B 'n Q" Store in ███████. Foundation Staff where called to ███████ after reports of customers reportedly screaming, as if they where in a great amount of pain whilst clutching their ears. Local police closed the store and the 5 mile radius around it before Foundation Agents embedded within the Thames Valley Police where called. The agents entered the store shortly after in level 2 standard issue Foundation Hazmat Suits. The agents secured the Can after locating it as the source. They secured it in a temporary containing consisting of a abandoned and empty dog cage and wrapped it in cardboard. MTF-████ where sent to retrieve it and move it to Site-██
Addendum XXXX-1: Addendum XXXX-1 is video clip showing a testing chamber with 3 D-Class Personnel. One of the D-Class Personnel has a white cane similar to that used by the visually impaired. One of the D-Class personnel has a hearing aid in. And the last D-Class personnel has no kind of impairment. SCP-XXXX is lowered into the chamber, D-1881920 (The non-impaired) Immediately screams in pain and falls to their knees whilst covering their ears. D-188100 and D-187199 (The hearing and visually impaired D-Class) Are seemingly unaffected by SCP-XXXX.
