{{An black Ford Econoline, production year 1988, with the regestration number "████ ██" stops outside an gas station in the rural town of ██████, Maine, United States Of America. The veachle was registrated in the state of Maine. Two males, age twenty-four and twenty-five, departs out of the vehicle and makes their way inside the gas station. Five witnesses where present during the incident. Each one explain the presence of the two twenty year old males as unsettling. Approximately thirdy seconds after they entered the gas station, the two males begin to argue, however their exact words are not remembered by any of the witnesses.

The incident: Two minutes after their entry into the gasstation, the twenty-five year old man's head starts spinning. The exact speed is unknown, but according to one of the five wittnesses the head spun, quote, really f-cking fast. It spinns for around seven seconds until both the head and neck dissapears without any trace. No blood or other body fluid is expelled. The other man starts screaming the word "RED". The word is expressed between two hundred and three hundred times, under the timespann of three minutes. The reason for this is, if the man meant the color or if it should be interpreted as a name etc etc is still unknown. Thereafter the man passes out. Immediately after the man fainted, the black ford overturned. No crash marks can be detected on later examination. However, un unusuall amount of Gamma Radiation can be found.}}

An 9-1-1 discpatcher gets a call from one of the witnesses. The situation is described as strange. The dispatcher contacts one police officer in the area around the gas station.


13:16

A local Policeman arrives to the location. As he enters the gas station, the head and neck less body starts to vaporise into a sand-like substance. The policeman requests backup.


14:31

Foundation Field Agents Paul ██████ and Rebecca ████████ arrives to the location. The witnesses are later questioned, and everyone involved in the incident are given Class B amnestics. The memory loss are blamed on sleep deprivation.


Aftermath

Foundation agents began questioning the twenty four year old male who entered the gas station together with the man that lost his head and neck. His name will not be written out in this incident report due to security reasons, however it can be found in File C-█-██-██/K-█.

The man does not remember anything from the incident, and could not remember the reason he was in Maine. Foundation personnel has ran tests on the man, but the test results were all negative. The van is also under investgaion. The male was given Class C amnestics, and was later released.

The man is not suspected to be an anomaly, but is monitored to this day in case he expresses some type of unusual behavior.
