SCP-5188 “Danny the inventor”

Containment: needs to be contained within a 12x18 room fashioned to look like a 1890s living room
Description: 4.7 foot tall, wears a black old fashioned lounged coat, matching old fashioned black waistcoat, a black floppy bow tie, black trousers, black old fashioned shoes, top hat , with one mechanical eye and black leather gloves, and is incredibly intelligent.
When SCP-5188 is questioned of its origin it says that it is a “1890s male inventor and he doesn’t know how he got here” and called it’s self “Danny the inventor”
SCP-5188 can not see any modern day technology or SCP-5188 will go into a state of panic and start to deconstruct said technology and study it although after SCP-5188 is done with said item it will reconstruct it and leave it at the door until it has been taken by foundation staff. SCP-5188 will still revert to a panicked state seeing any modern technology even technology it already researched.
Anything SCP-5188 has tinkers with becomes harder to destroy and functions better.
SCP-5188 is not fully understood but has not made any attempts to escape containment.
