Special Containment Procedures: SCP-4175 is to be held in a specific Foundation supercomputer specifically made for controlling and encrypting all instances and accounts of SCP-4175 on Site 14-235. The containment room is to measure 10x10x10 meters. This computer and it’s containment room are not to receive any attention unless an error is reported on it’s status window outside, if error is reported all on-site cybersecurity and 05 authorities are to be informed of escaped instance and execute plan Theta-Alpha-Siren-14-235 (TAS-14-235). This procedure will cause full alternative containment of all on-site SCPs and full power shutdown of the entire facility and it’s computers, running on undetectable emergency power for the SCPs that absolutely need it.
Description: SCP-4175-A is an Operating System with known as D3D-OS (Dead-OperatingSystem) This system contains an instance or several instances of SCP-4175-B, or VIRUS OF TEH D3D (Virus of the Dead). This virus is especially dangerous with the fact that it is able to have full autonomous sentience to find and hack accounts for people to follow a link programmed to automatically download D3D-OS. Once downloaded to an OS, or it’s activated in it’s own OS, the Virus will find a way to go to any nearby display and show a phrase in ascii text, with each letter or number being represented by a cluster of the letter or number coming together to form the phrase: “YOU ARE D3D” and proceed to shock the subject through any possible periphery, even if the subject has no periphery with such shocking ability. This shock is a specific 20,000 volt shock which travels through the distal phalanx of the right pointer finger, traveling through the bones and nerves to stop the heart. As researched, no matter the circumstances, the shock will light in a green hue, stay at a volt consistency at the same volt amount throughout it’s travel through the body, and shock the heart and the heart only. Travel path, speed, and where it strikes the heart are completely random. When subject is shocked, subject will become an instance known as it’s own SCP, the only contained instances so far have been SCP-4176 and 14 D-Class subjects used to test SCP-4175. (See Addendum-4175-A).
SCP-4176 was originally found on 4/1/200█, when a Foundation employee died at the hand of the first occurrence. This led to it easily being found and stored before it could further interact with more humans.
Addendum 4175-A: Containment Breach for SCP-4175-B has occurred on 4/13/200█. This breach was contained in less than 3 hours, but searches of the carbon footprint left from SCP-4175-B point to no new instances to Foundation knowledge. Further investigation is underway.
Addendum 4175-B: Little knowledge has come to fruition of the true origin of SCP-4175, especially since the cyber division of 14-235 has suspicions that SCP-4176 is not the first case. Though, research has found the now dead patient zero account of the virus. The handle of the account being named N3CR0Nomicon. Searches through the hidden history of this account are currently going through frequent halts, seeing how the history is fading away due to data decomposition and frequent findings of encrypted files.
