Special Containment Procedures: SCP-4176 is to be contained in a 10x10x3 Meter containment cell. Containment Cell will have the usual provisions of any human SCP, but if a requested item is use for scientific research, it can be approved by Level 03 Security/Science personnel or Higher. If it is any type of luxury item that could have no correlation with research, 05 will have to consult amongst each other for a voted approval. Items approved so far are: One(1) Desk Lamp, One (1) NES with a copy of Castlevania™, One (1) CRT Television, One(1) Copy of a book known as Rot and Ruin by Jonathan Maberry, One (1) Nintendo GameCube© Special Package that comes with Super Smash Bros. Melee™. Items Awaiting Approval: Twelve (12) 2 Liter bottles of Mountain Dew Voltage and One (1) Hostess Twinkie with every Lunch. SCP-4176 is to conduct research around Site 14-235 and go back to his containment cell at a certain curfew time. Subject may be able to conduct research and engage in recreational activities in it’s room during curfew time. Subject will be monitored with a Security camera at all times and curfew surveillance footage is to be reviewed every day by one Level 03 Security Official. If SCP-4176 is pronounced dead, Security officials MUST travel to Site 14-238 to transport SCP-4176 back to his cell in covert and inconspicuous transportation.
Description: SCP-4176 is a Human Male that measures in at 5’11” weighing in at least 146 Lbs. It has Black Hair, Blue eyes, and Pale Dark Gray Skin with multiple Black veins running through the body. Subject has a very gaunt, nearly skeletal appearance to it’s face, with slowly rotting flesh throughout it’s body. Certain Bones tend to stick out more, such as the Ribs, Spine, Kneecaps, Ankles, and the Skull/Jaw. A burnt hole exists on the Distal Phalanx on the Right Index Finger the burnt hole in the bone travels up the forearm to the shoulder, then went through a few ribs that seems to have the last hole be aimed at the heart. Of all the organs in the body, the heart is not black but a dark and rotten mossy Green. His body does not have the same color for any other organ. The anomalous properties of SCP-4176 are odd. SCP-4176 by all human means should be dead, but instead, it lives and even still fires synapses and nerves to move and walk despite lacks of oxygen seen in the body during tests. Subject no longer lives after the brain or heart takes damage that would be fatal for humans. After a matter of 20 minutes, the body will slowly dissipate and a new body will form at Site 14-238, formerly SCP-4176’s home. Scars from the cause of death and other deadly wounds will remain. SCP-4176 is allowed to wander and conduct research due to being a former Level 03 scientist at the Foundation, recently cited for under the radar work that substantial to SCPs on Site 14-235. SCP-4176 now refers to itself as Dr. Und3D (Dr. Undead), but was formerly known as Dr. ██████ Glassman, the cause of death being contact with SCP-4175. Subject had come into contact through it’s connection to a friend through a VPN it used to explore the internet on it’s hayday, exploring forums and chat rooms for daily entertainment when not participating in research. When SCP-4176 complained of it’s Foundation UI attached to the computer, the friend sent a link which was supposed to be a new UI, instead being SCP-4175. SCP-4175 killed him through it’s preferred method of the controlled shock, scientists finding and pronouncing him dead 2 hours after his death. His body was put into the foundation morgue until an anomalous disappearance through SCP-4176’s properties activated. According to the recent logs, SCP-4176 was found when he was detained trying to clock in as if it were a regular day. SCP-4176 was later confirmed to be Dr. Glassman 3 hours later and go through alternate containment procedures (See Addendums for further updates of containment)
Addendum 4176-A: SCP-4176 is currently under high surveillance due to dangerous new anomalous abilities. SCP-4176 has been seen to be accidentally creating anomalous green plasmic electricity from it’s fingers. When Foundation scientists had 4176 perform experiments with it’s anomalous abilities, they seem to stimulate most SCPs it hits and even stun them for better containment. Further investigation is needed for 05 to approve any type of reclassification or updated containment procedures.
