Item #: SCP-XXXX
Object Class: Safe
Special Containment Procedures:
Description:
SCP-XXXX is a mop attached to an oak wooden handle with a length of 140 cm and a diameter of 7,5 cm. SCP-XXXX has no labels attached to it. The mop itself is constructed of a flat microfibre sheet with a surface of looped yarn. When the mop touches any organic matter (this includes both living and dead matter), that matter is immediately vaporized. Molecules vaporized by SCP-XXXX lose any of its properties it had in solid or liquid form. The oak wooden handle is excluded from SCP-XXXX's effect. Due to SCP-XXXX's anomalous effects, it can be used effectively in cleaning.

Item #: SCP-XXXX
Object Class: Keter
Special Containment Procedures:
SCP-XXXX is located in a decommissioned Mobile Task Force Bell Boeing V-22 Osprey aircraft located in a forest ██ kilometers east of ████████, Russia. Two armed T-14 Armata tanks are to be located 50 meters from the Osprey. No on-site personnel are allowed into the forest.
The radio onboard the Osprey should be monitored by both cameras and microphones. As soon as SCP-XXXX-A starts, all communication to the Osprey should be shut down. SCP-XXXX-3 is to be destroyed immediately after it leaves the Osprey. Once it is destroyed, communication can be resumed. In the event of a containment breach, Mobile Task Force Nu-7 "Hammer Down" is ordered to the current location of SCP-XXXX-3.
Description:
SCP-XXXX is a radio station that continuously broadcasts a deep male voice that sounds to be in distress. This voice has been designated SCP-XXXX-1. SCP-XXXX-1 can be heard heavily breathing, crying, running, grunting and most notably calling out for a person named "Albert".
After random intervals, SCP-XXXX-1's sounds will become more chaotic and louder, often screaming for Albert. This event is designated SCP-XXXX-A. Some time after this event, a caucasian male designated SCP-XXXX-2 will enter the room from a location out of view. SCP-XXXX-2 will then attempt to communicate with SCP-XXXX-1, and fails to do so. SCP-XXXX-1's voice will diminish and a static sound will become louder until SCP-XXXX-1's voice can no longer be heard. SCP-XXXX-2 will then sit down somewhere near the loudspeaker. After three (3) to five (5) minutes, the static will get less until it completely stops. SCP-XXXX-2 will then reach for the microphone and tries to communicate with SCP-XXXX-1. A large humanoid figure designated SCP-XXXX-3 will come out of either the loudspeaker or microphone and kill SCP-XXXX-2. SCP-XXXX-3 has done this in various ways, such as decapitation.
SCP-XXXX-3 is a bipedal humanoid of approximately 250 centimeters (2,5 meters) tall. It has black skin covered in a hyaloid layer. SCP-XXXX-3's anomalous abilities allow it to move between communication systems including, but not limited to, portophones, cameras and intercoms. It has been shown to do so by leaping towards a communication system, disappearing and reappearing on a different end. SCP-XXXX-3 is very hostile and exceptionally resilient. SCP-XXXX-3 will continue attacking other creatures until it is destroyed.
Theoretically, SCP-XXXX-A can happen at the same time at multiple locations, if radios at such locations are connected to SCP-XXXX. This has not yet been proven.
Addendum:
Test A - 10/09/2019
Subject: D-6142, D-6134, SCP-XXXX
Procedure:
One D-class (6142) personnel is situated at SCP-XXXX inside the Osprey. Another D-class (6134) personnel is situated 2 kilometers south. Both D-class have portophones to communicate with eachother. D-6134 is accompanied by one of the T-14 Armata tanks.
Results:
11:59:34 - Recording starts.
11:59:39 - Event SCP-XXXX-A commences.
12:02:13 - SCP-XXXX-2 enters the Osprey.
12:02:32 - SCP-XXXX-3 enters the Osprey.
12:02:33 - SCP-XXXX-3 kills SCP-XXXX-2.
12:02:39 - SCP-XXXX-3 kills D-6142.
12:02:56 - SCP-XXXX-3 moves to D-6134 through the portophones.
12:02:58 - SCP-XXXX-3 kills D-6134.
12:03:01 - SCP-XXXX-3 is destroyed.
12:05:20 - Recording stopped.
Analysis:
SCP-XXXX-3 showed its ability to move through portophones.
