Special Containment Procedures: SCP-XXXX is to be held in a secured facility, put in a vault and in a small lock box. The small lock box shall be suspended by a string of thread, in mid-air over a barrel of Ice cold water. The mechanism that the holds the string of thread shall release, when the slighted movement of the small lock box. The small lock box containing SCP-XXXX will drop into the barrel of ice cold water, temporarily stunning SCP-XXXX. The ice cold water shall be replaced one every 24 hours by a Level 4 personnel, accompanied by two guards. To replace the ice water one of the guards has to slowly lift the small lock box, while the other disables the mechanism via WIFI over his/her PDA.Then the Level 4 personnel can to put in a new bag of ice in the water. After the replenishing of the water the personnel and the guards shall go through a pat down and scanned by a Level 6 or higher.

SCP-XXXX shall not be removed from the SCP faculty located in ██████ ██████ at any time, but in the case of an emergency to move SCP-XXXX, two Level 6 personnel will have to be present inside the vault, while four other Level 6 personnel out side the vault while moving it to another secure location.

Description: SCP-XXXX takes the form of a rubber band that is about 1 ⁄16 inches wide and 7⁄8 inches long. To make out SCP-XXXX from a regular rubber band, SCP-XXXX has one red line around the side of the rubber band.

SCP-XXXX tends to live in tropical countries in small shops and markets.

SCP-XXXX are hermaphroditic and hunts for warm blooded creatures, such as domestic animals and some times humans. SCP-XXXX are also nocturnal and hunt/feed in packs during the late hours of the night. According to local reports, SCP-XXXX attacked a 35-year old man in █████. The man survived the encounter and described his experience to the SCP reporters. Note the man requested to remain aynomus.

SCP REPORT

SCP Investigator: [Can you describe what happen to you on the night of March the 25th? ]
The Man: [I was walking home from my job at ████ ██████ a store here, I had leg pain the entire day at the start of my shift. Once I got home, my wife told me that I looked very pail and felt cold…..]

The report ended because the man dropped dead before the SCP Investigator could finish the questioning. After the man's death Dr. Chung from the SCP Foundation confirmed that the man died from blood loss. SCP investigators were sent to the shop that the man worked at and talked to his manager. The manager said that the man re-staked the selves at the store. The investigator asked what was the manager what the man was re-stalking. The manager said he was re-stalking office supplies. The manager also said that the man worked overtime the night before. Through out the day SCP investigators fond nothing that could of caused the man's death, but during the night one of the investigators reported he saw moment in the office supplies isle of the shop. When the investigator turned on his flashlight he saw moving rubber bands, and walked over an picked one up. The SCP investigator put the rubber band a bag and brought it back to a SCP facility in ███████. SCP scientists studied the creature and studied the reports of the man's death. They concluded that the rubber band feed on blood like a mosquito or leech.
They also concluded that SCP-XXXX is dangerous and moved to a more secure SCP facility where it still is kept today. SCP official state that many SCP-XXXX's are still out there hunting for its next prey.

Protection: How do you protect yourselves from SCP-XXXX? If spotted stay away from it and contact SCP authorities. If contacted with SCP-XXXX you have one minute to get rid of it before it starts feeding on you, unlike leeches DO NOT burn it with a flame. The flame will make it even more aggressive. To calm SCP-XXXX down put cool or cold water on it. The water will stun it enough for you to remove SCP-XXXX from the area of the skin and get away. NOTE once SCP-XXXX bites you, you have approximately 5 minutes to get to a local doctor or contact a SCP authority, to get proper medication.
