Description:
[REDACTED] seems like a 6'5 male inside the Class D Cells in Site - 61. However, upon closer investigation, [REDACTED] is able to take the form of anyone that has died by his hand. [REDACTED] can also transform parts of his body into spikes or turn himself into a gas entity. This anomaly was contained in the past at Site - [REDACTED], but the site was exploded due to the warheads going off. Dr. Fox seems like the only person who can go near this anomaly without dying to it's violent nature. One thing to note is that this anomaly has red eyes and black outside of the pupil.

It seems this SCP is human. While talking to Dr. Fox, it's eyes turned more human like during the conversation. Further investigations have revealed nothing on the lore of this anomaly so far.
