Special Containment Procedures: SCP-3592 is to be contained in a modified Keter humanoid containment cell, restrained by a titanium belt with cuffs attached to the sides to subdue it's hands. Two (2) facility guards are to remain outside of the containment chamber with an Omnicron-9 agent on site at all times. The agent will restrain SCP-3592 after feeding on the subject.
SCP-3592 is to be fed a live D-Class every week to sate it's hunger. A D-Class is released into SCP-3592's cell and the entity's cuff restraints are released. SCP-3592 proceeds to pierce the skin on the back of the subject and feed on the D-Class until it's drained all of the spinal fluid in the body.
Description: SCP-3592 is a sentient humanoid entity with a pale green complexion and white strands of hair, measuring approximately 2.2m in height and 172kg in weight. It is capable of speaking english, how it's biologically capable of vocalization is currently unknown.
After analyzing samples of the the mask appearing to protect it's face and the crown of it's head, it has been deduced to be composed of bone swelling from the nasal cavity. The armor located on the torso is similar to the mask, composed of bone growing out from the abdomen. All attempts at damaging the exterior bone has proven unfeasible. The entity can only be incapacitated via the use of [REDACTED]. Tissue samples suggest traces of human (Homo Sapien) and the extinct griffinfly (Meganisoptera).
Upon further examination, the entity has been discovered to contain a feeding organ on the surface of both palms. When the nails come into contact with the back of a live human subject, the spinal fluid is drained from the subject by the feeding organ and is used as SCP-3592's source of nourishment. Failure to feed SCP-3592 every seven days will cause the entity to enter a fervent state capable of shattering it's restraints and breaching containment. In the event it is breaches containment unfed, it will proceed to pursue the closest living human and feed. It will maintain this state until incapacitated by force and recontained, causing it to eventually become tranquil.
SCP-3592 undergoes a biennial process similar to that of hibernation lasting 12-18 months. During it's state of inactivity,

Located in [DATA EXPUNGED], Mobile Task Force unit Tau-22 "Forest Fires" is responsible for tracking down and retrieving SCP-3592. SCP-3592 evade Tau-22 for 7 hours and 14 minutes until eventually encountering retrieval unit. Agent ████ is pinned by SCP-3592 and fed on. SCP-3592 removes Agent ████'s weapon and uses the firearm to engage in a firefight with Tau-22. Agent ██████ is killed and directly after, SCP-3592 is impaired by Tau-22. SCP-3592 is successfully retrieved and escorted to Site-██ for containment.

It's most recent feeding had occured 6 days, 18 hours and 17 minutes from then. Agent █████ escorts D-78112 into SCP-3592's containment cell. Agent █████ exits the cell, the cell is locked and the restraints are released. SCP-3592 feeds on D-78112, due to the lack of spinal fluid in D-78112 caused by a CSF leak, SCP-3592 enters it's fervent state.
SCP-3592 overwhelms it's restraints shattering them. The entity proceeds to breach containment and pursue Agent █████ and Dr. █████. Agent █████ and Dr. █████ are killed. Mobile Task Force unit Omicron-9 "Sound and Fury" responds and is deployed to Site-██. Omicron-9 agents enter the facility and trail SCP-3592. SCP-3592 feeds on Agent █████ and is incapacitated by the other agents. SCP-3592 is escorted back to it's containment cell and restrained once again. SCP-3592 is successfully recontained, 3 casualties.
