Special Containment Procedures: SCP-3277 is to be kept in an iron locked containment box and kept on site 19 for containment. SCP-3277 is not to be accessed outside of tests without level five clearance.
Description: SCP-3277 is a small wrist watch with a red leather strap, red clockwork iconography, and a front panel shaped similarly to a scratched record attached to a larger gear serving as some form of dial. When the central gear is rotated counterclockwise by 90 degrees, the first anomalous feature of the device is triggered. The strap on SCP-3277s backside will tighten on the users wrist, most likely to keep from accidental removal while the effects are in place, the anomalous effects cause time to be completely frozen for anyone not in physical contact of SCP-3277, or anyone it's currently in contact with. The activation of the first anomalous effect seems to trigger a timer-like mechanism that removes the anomalous effects after approximately one full minute. The alternate anomalous effect comes into play when the central gear is rotated clockwise by 180 degrees, in which the frontal panel appears to show text in the users native language reading "mobius double reacharound". Once the user reads the text the main gear rotates back to its original position and, from subject reports, transports the wearer to approximately one month earlier from the present.The meaning of the phrase "Mobius Double Reacharound" has yet to be discovered. The device does not seem to be able to go back in time further than one month, as all attempts to use its effect further than one month have been unsuccessful.
Addendum: SCP-3277 was recovered from a home in ███████,████████ while investigating reports of a teenage boy who could manipulate time. The boy was apprehended, and, due to his incredible IQ, was hired into the SCP foundation. All attempts to deconstruct or disassemble SCP-3277 have been unsuccessful.

Procedure: Subject places SCP-3277 on wrist. Subject rotates main gear counterclockwise 90 degrees. Subject seems to instantaneously transports from one end of testing area to other.
Results: SCP-3277 has the anomalous ability to cease the progression of time for a limited durration.
Analysis: SCP-3277 is a device of unknown origin with a temporal manipulation property.

Special Containment Procedures: SCP-3454 is to be kept in a class 4 safe item containment unit untill reaching phase two of its development, then it is to be moved to a class 6 containment cell until neutralized and reverted back to its first stage of development, and moved back to class 4 safe item containment.
Description: SCP-3454 is a small black crystal pearl with iron structures attached to its surface. The items anomalous properties surface when in its second stage of development, in which it starts warping reality on a fundamental level, creating an area of space in which the laws of physics and reality no longer apply. Researchers have unofficially named these areas lacking defined physical laws "Labyrinths". Upon reaching its third stage of development, SCP-3454 will "hatch" into SCP-3454-1. SCP-3454-1 varies based on which instance of SCP-3454 has reached its "hatched" stage. SCP-3454-1(A) is a large humanoid approximately 12 ft in height, its entire bottom half from the waist down appears to be the tail of an undetermined fish, wears silver armor similar to 18th century england, wields a cutlass approximately 2 meters in length, wears a pink ribbon on its chest region, a large blue neck panel behind its head, and a blue cape. SCP-3454-1(B) is a moderately large television with black wings sprouting from its left and right side, its wingspan, subtracting the main television body, is approximately 5 ft. SCP-3454-1(C) is a large doll like humanoid with a teal dress, a yellow bonnet, ribbon-like legs, and yellow ribbon arms strong enough to whip through titanium. SCP-3454-1(D) is a doll/child like humanoid dressed in a red and black garb, and unlike other versions of SCP-3454-1, SCP-3454-1(D), when threatened, will release a large snake version of itself that can reproduce asexually and instantaneously. SCP-3454-1(E) is a massive clockwork humanoid that does not create a "labyrinth". It is capable of picking up entire buildings by simply being in the immediate vicinity, and the creation massive natural disasters. SCP-3454-1(E) wears a large Victorian style dress with cream colored skin. This is by far the most dangerous instance of SCP-3454-1 as its simple existence can cause tear a city apart. Upon the neutralization of and destruction of an instance of SCP-3454-1, it will produce its corresponding variation of SCP-3454, and will begin development stage one again.
Addendum: instances of SCP-3454-1 were discovered when investigating a group of mass suicides and mass hallucinations. It is currently unknown how many instances of SCP-3454 and SCP-3454-1 currently exist but given the nature of SCP-3454 and SCP-3454-1, it is assumed to be a population spread on nearly every continent.
