Special Containment Procedures: Due to SCP-XXXX having little to no threat to The Foundation, SCP-XXXX is allowed to roam the facility at all times, it must be monitored by Mobile Task Force Tau-95 (Mud Runners) if roaming the facility via a camera implanted into the collar of his uniform.

If SCP-XXXX is not roaming the facility, SCP-XXXX should stay in its containment chamber, which, in the interior, is a one-story house. The house must be monitored by Mobile Task Force Tau-95 at all times. The house consists of normal rooms you would find in a One-Storey house, plus a Concrete Cellar which has a Faraday Cage inside it, and an adjacent Control Room, which has camera feeds and a general storage area of all possible SCPs it wishes to interview. SCP-XXXX should not be provoked when in this room, doing so without proper permission from SCP-XXXX will activate a Rage State.

Adjacent to the house, there is an interview room, which contains a shield separating the interviewer and SCP-XXXX. This shield (and SCP-XXXX's side) is hermetically sealed, and the interviewer can activate sedative gas via a panic button if SCP-XXXX enters a rage state.

Both sides consist of a Table and a Chair, with a two-way speaker connected through the two (2) sides. SCP-XXXXs side also consists of an airlock with 2 hermetically sealed blast doors, which can be locked at any time.

Description: SCP-XXXX is a male of English Origin, SCP-XXXX has an approximate age of 20, It wears a regular Class-D uniform with a US Corpsman Bag with a portion of velcro on its flap, which is referred to as SCP-XXXX-1, placed on his right side. The Class-D Uniform reads a tag of ‘D-0501’, which may be a reference to O5-█. After an interview, (See Addendum-XXXX-2) the pouch can include:
A crimson, black card which has no lettering, and the SCP Foundation symbol. After examination of the card, SCP-XXXX says it is an individual card, and can only be possessed by him. The card has the same capabilities as a Level 5 Keycard. This item is referred to as SCP-XXXX-2.
3 Folders, One is called ‘Documents’, presumably for SCP documents, which were possibly printed by SCP-XXXX itself. The second folder, which is named ‘Schedule’, is possibly a schedule of activities per day. Which includes [DATA EXPUNGED]. The third folder is named ‘Utility’ and is possibly used for documents which do not fit in the other 2 activities. All of these folders are to be referred to as SCP-XXXX-2, 3, and 4, in numerical order.

When SCP-XXXX-1 was examined, it was said to have a possibly infinite amount of space.
Attempts to harm SCP-XXXX have been negative.

SCP-XXXX has a very high intelligence, estimated to have an IQ of 300. It has also been observed ‘talking’ to other SCPs daily. If disturbed while talking, SCP-XXXX will get slightly agitated, however returning back to talking once docile.

SCP-XXXX will occasionally follow Foundation Staff around the facility, SCP-XXXX may talk to Foundation Staff, and may help with the test they are undergoing. This is considered normal, and SCP-XXXX may take notes during the test.

After incident XXXX-49, (See Addendum-XXXX-C) SCP-XXXX has been observed speaking in an accent similar to SCP-049's, it is believed that SCP-XXXX may have been infected by SCP-049, but has not been getting symptoms, or spreading the disease. has been confirmed to have been infected by SCP-049, but cannot die or spread the infection.

SCP-XXXX: No, That is classified under Level 5 Permission. (SCP-XXXX would show the folders, but not the documents before putting them away.)

Dr. Von Underwood: (Dr. Von Underwood writes down more on a clipboard before speaking.) So you do know about this organization here? 

SCP-XXXX: Yes.

Dr. Von Underwood: Could you tell me what is the card about?

SCP-XXXX: (SCP-XXXX would show the card to Dr. Lachlan Gottschalk, before putting away the card.) It is a crimson & black card that I can only possess. By your standards, it is equivalent to a level 5 card.

Addendum-XXXX-C

Incident Report XXXX-049-01

SCPs Affected: SCP-XXXX, SCP-049

Date & Time: ██/██/██17

Incident Report: On ██/██/██17, SCP-XXXX was doing his daily routine, interviewing SCP-049, when SCP-049's doors malfunctioned, and opened the door to the SCP-049 chamber, SCP-XXXX was then pushed inside by an unknown force. The doors then slammed shut once SCP-XXXX entered the chamber. SCP-XXXX was then touched by SCP-049 and was said to have caught its infection. SCP-XXXX was later released and moved to quarantine at 2100 hours.

72 Hours later, SCP-XXXX was confirmed to have been infected by SCP-049, but could not die or spread the disease. SCP-XXXX was later discharged from quarantine.

Special Containment Procedures: SCP-XXXX is to be stored in a Hermetically sealed 10 x 10 x 10 hermetically sealed room, behind 2 blast doors and multiple long hallways. The layout is always random, similar to a labyrinth, with only one exit, and multiple fake exits. The containment chamber is to be located in a different sector, about 250m underground accessed by an elevator. No personnel is to go inside the sector at all times, exceptions being during a containment breach and testing. The containment zone should be able to be completely sealed during a lockdown, and any area within a 1km radius should also be able to be completely sealed.

Above the elevator to the main facility, there is a 1 km straight tunnel, with a hermetically sealed blast door every 10 minutes, which should also be completely sealed during a lockdown.

All testing should be approved by a 75% vote from O5 Command, and each voter must have a written signature before testing goes underway. Unauthorised testing should be treated with a V Grade lockdown of all areas near the containment zone itself, and all personnel involved in the test should be given Class X amnestics or should be terminated within a 7 day period of the test being known to O5 Command.

Should SCP-XXXX breach containment, an X Grade Lockdown should be enacted through the whole facility, and any personnel exposed to SCP-XXXX should be given Class X Amnestics.

Any personnel going into SCP-XXXX's Containment Zone must be working in the Foundation for over 6 months, preferably, over 12 months.

Instances of SCP-XXXX-C1 and SCP-XXXX-C2 should be left alone, removing or destroying instances of SCP-XXXX-C1 & SCP-XXXX-C2 will result in death by an unknown force to those who were involved.

Description: SCP-XXXXs composition and appearance is unknown, as it can shapeshift to almost anything, excluding other SCPs, and invisible gases.

The capabilities of SCP-XXXX is unknown, but observations (See Addendum-XXXX-1 & Addendum-XXXX-2) have shown that SCP-XXXX can:

Shapeshift to any form of solid or liquefied matter, which also includes human life.
Has the capabilities to speak, and harm personnel.
Has extreme intelligence, with an estimated IQ of 200 - 250.
Has been shown to be confused in labyrinths, and hypnotic designs.

Two chairs may be spotted occaissionally by on-site surveillance inside the containment chamber, these chairs are instances SCP-XXXX-C1 and SCP-XXXX-C2, removing or destroying these chairs will result in immediate death.

A log of Authorized tests on SCP-XXXX:

Location: Sector █, Site-██
Description: Two Site Security Personnel (Sergeant Wood Mays, Staff Sergeant Tom Baker),
D-0562 and 4 Mobile Task Force Members from Mobile Task Force Tau-96 entered the Containment Zone at 0700 hours, D-0562 was then placed in SCP-XXXX's containment chamber at 0730. 4 Hours later, a check was made into SCP-XXXX's chamber using on-site surveillance. It appeared that SCP-XXXX was talking to D-0562, and noticed the personnel viewing it. SCP-XXXX then proceeded to wave to the men, apparently in a happy mood. 5 Hours later, D-0562 was then later released and given Class V Amnestics, after giving information about SCP-XXXX. (See Addendum-XXXX-3 for more information.)

Description: Two (2) Site Security Personnel and D-0560 were headed towards SCP-XXXX's chamber, once they had arrived, they had put the D-0560 inside with SCP-XXXX. SCP-XXXX had immediately snapped D-0560's neck and had started banging on the walls of his containment chamber. O5 Command was then notified of the incident via on-site surveillance systems near the containment chamber. Immediate Class X Amnestics was given to the Site Security Personnel once they had exited the chamber.

SCP-XXXX: (In human form, sitting on a chair.) Hello, Welcome to my home.

D-0560: W-h-h-o are you?

SCP-XXXX: (Approaching D-0560) I am nothing to be afraid of.

D-0560: (Screaming) Ahhh! Ahhh! Ahhhh!

(SCP-XXXX would then snap D-0560's neck, and would then start banging his hands against the walls of his containment chamber.)

Security Guard 02: [REDACTED] to O5 Command, SCP-XXXX has possibly breached.

(A lockdown alarm would now start, followed by 6 soldiers from Mobile Task Force Tau-96. They would then give the two Site Security Personnel Class X Amnestics.)

Description: (For the main test, see Test-AUT-1) Exactly 24 hours after D-0562 was given Class V Amnestics, everybody that was involved in the test died of unnatural causes. The only exception to this was D-0562, which has been involved in other tests with non-lethal SCPs.

Multiple proposals by Dr. Halifax, the current Site Director of Site-██, have been made to O5 Command to have another test with SCP-XXXX involving D-0562. These have been denied multiple times, and some are still be decided upon.
