Special Containment Procedures: The contents of this document are not to be read out loud, discussed or mentioned within a 10km radius of the site where SCP-4* is being held. The existence of the subject and the existence of it's holding cell are only to be disclosed to Security Level 3 personel or higher.
Only if circumstances require adressing SCP-4* within the previously mentioned zone, it may only talked about in sentences not adressing or refering to it with a noun(name, designation, nickname etc..), single words or questions.
SCP-4* is to be held in a 25m^2 cell and provided with minimum necessities to live, unless access to any privileges are given by Containment Site **'s director.
In case of containment breach it is easily incapacitated saying "SCP-4* is unconcious until the situation is under control.". It is important to mention when he regains conciousness, otherwise it will awaken at any moment.

Description:
SCP-4* is a ** years old human male with dark brown hair, green eyes and 176cm height and average weight.
Any physical/mental/personality/anormal trait he is mentioned to have, will be granted to him within 5-10 seconds after it was mentioned, wether it is a certainty or not is irrelevant.
Questions or single words don't have the same effect.
His anormality can neither be canceled by it's own rules nor his most dominant personality traits. Even if he's described as benevolent, generous or kind he will still act for his own benefits.
SCP-4* cannot evoke any changes by himself.

Discovery:
Until the year the subject did not display any anormalities.
When it manifested, it triggered a series of events that let rumors go around in the town of *,** where he resided.
Uncontrolable changes in his mind and body let the local police to apprehend him in a constant state of change, physicaly and mentaly. He es incapable to resist.
Field Agents have been disbatched and subjected townsfolk to Class-B amnestics.
