Special Containment Procedures: All instances of XXXX-1 are to be contained in a secure file cabinet on foundation property, unless authorized by the 05 council no aditional XXXX-2 instances should be created at this time. No personal should view XXXX-1 in its entirety and when reviewing the content of XXXX-1 at no more than 25% of the instance should be known to any given individual.
All instances of XXXX-2 are to be contained in a secure cell, at a secure foundation site. Only one instant of XXXX-2 should be removed from the cell for testing at any time. Living XXXX—2 should be terminated after testing.
Users of XXXX-2 should be quarantined for no less then 5 hours after testing and a full check should be made to prevent foriegn memetic hazards being introduced throught XXXX-2. Any information on uncontained anomalies discovered through XXXX-2 should be investigated. With the risk of classified information being learned through the use of XXXX-2 all testing should be done by D-class personnel at this time. Under no circumstances should AI be allowed access to XXXX-2 instances.

Description: XXXX is an anomalous database or server, accessible throught XXXX-2 instances, testing has shown XXXX does not exist on any location on this earth. XXXX has no known limits on memory.
XXXX-1 is a program written on any medium that is unable to process information, XXXX-1 is inert however when the code is copied onto a medium that can process information that medium becomes a XXXX-2 instance this includes organic mediums, such as brains.
XXXX-2 is a medium that can process information that has been exposed to the a majority of XXXX-1, the original functionality of the medium is lost, and the medium now serves as a terminal for access to XXXX. The original methods of interacting are retained and the display method of XXXX-2 instances depend on their original hardware. Organic XXXX-2 instances will not sustain their existence of their own volition and are functionality braindead beyond being used to query XXXX, they will communicate the information in the language displayed on XXXX even if the individual did not know the language prior to becoming an instance. Organic instances that can not speak will write or draw if able and if unable will communicate textual information in a form of Morse code.
Information on XXXX can not be changed or erased though files can be appended to. XXXX can be accessed by XXXX-2 instances even when outside of normal space, or in other realities. At least one other Foundation has access and use of XXXX, however as it is impossible to secure XXXX is not to be used for information storage. Special Containment Procedures: XXXX-1 instances should be kept in a secure locker in each foundation site, should a XXXX-2 instance be destroyed a new instance will be made using a computer with networking capacity using the on site instance of XXXX-1. Should the local instance of XXXX-1 be destroyed an official request to the nearest sight be made to send a photocopy of their local XXXX-1 instance.
When creating a new XXXX-2 instance no less than five personal should be used transcribed 5% of the text of XXXX-1 onto the new device in shifts to prevent the creation of an organic XXXX-2 instance.
As XXXX can not be itself affected by memetic or info hazards information on them can be stored, however thoughs reading from XXXX can be affected so info hazard warnings should be promaniante on any listing.
Organic XXXX-2 should be terminated after use.
Care should be taken to prevent access of XXXX by thoughs out of the Foundation, XXXX-2, and XXXX-1 instances discovered outside of foundation custody should be destroyed and any individuals that had contact with XXXX are to be given amnestics.

Description: XXXX is an extra dimensional database accessible throught XXXX-2. As XXXX can not have information removed or altered it is to be used by all foundation sites as a secondary secure information backup system.
XXXX-1 is print media of XXXX access program, the instances show no anomalous effects if the information is not viewed.
XXXX-2 is a digital, analog, or biological media that has the XXXX access program. XXXX can be contacted through any XXXX-2 instance, using the existing interactive capabilities of the original system.
XXXX-Aleph is XXXX as viewed on a computer with a single attached screen. The main database is a black background with light green text, on the right side of the display is a list of 24 digit hexidemal codes, each serving as a link to a file on XXXX, the top bar has a label that is redacted. The rest of the screen displays a white box and a search icon. Typing in a query will change the screen.
The new screen will display a list of 24 digit hexidemal codes that link to files that have the query in the text, as well as a small section of text in the file around the query's location. Clicking on a code here or on the home page brings you to a plaintext file with light green letters on a black background. If one hits the enter key the screen will add a small green rectangle one pixel in with and the height of the letters at the bottom of the document any subsequent keystrokes will result in the letters being added to the document until the escape key is hit.
Hitting the enter key from the home screen or search menu will open a document with a 24 digit hexidemal number and the green bar. This is a new file within XXXX.
