Special containment procedures: SCP-XXXX must be contained in an empty room completely covered with low intensity lightbulbs in order to prevent him from using his abilities to escape, he must be fed 3 times a day, food must be served on a transparent plate with transparent utensils as to prevent the cast of any shadows in it's vicinity.
In case of a containment breach his tracking chip must be activated and lights near his containment cell must start fñickering at high soeeds
Description: SCP-XXXX is a Caucasian male with Black hair and eyes, his body appears to be constantly dissolving into a black mist, the effect seems to be purely visual as his total mass is not reduced.
No records indicate his age or name, but phisycal examinations indicate he is comparable to an athletic 20 year old,
SCP-XXXX is capable of entering an alternate dimension which he refers to as "The Shadow Plane".
According to SCP-XXXX, The Shadow Plane is a reproduction of the normal world or "The Phisycal Plane" except for the fact that everything is color black except for shadows which are pure white, inside of this
If SCP-XXXX steps on a shadow one of two things happen, either he:
*Enters or exits his Shadow Plane depending on his current location
*Enters a state where his perception of time is extremely accelerated to the point everything but him is stopped, this effect only triggers if he is fully under a shadow, if any part of his body is uncovered by shadow he will be unable to use it.
If he attempts to leave a shadow while in this state it's effect Will be reversed slowing his perception for a period of time extending from 30 minutes to 8 hours
Addendum: it would seem that XXXX powers are inhibited by the strength of the shadow, in other words, if the shadow is projected by a weak light the acceleration of his time perception will be smaller and it will be harder for him to enter his shadow plane, i therefore request all lighting in his containment cell to be replaced with low brightness ones to easen it's containment -Dr.█████
