The city is accessible throu a non thaumic type of ways. It can also be accessed by diving but nobody does it because it's unpractical. Self contained usually nobody Spread the word of the city to non anomalous. The foundation have a small laboratory in Kitezh only pious personnel get sent there. They don't like the GOC 'cause magicians/satanists. the GRU P tried to infiltrate and destroy the city but they were unable to enter the city because the citizen prayed. stuff to be added later.
