Special Containment Procedures: SCP-XXXX is contained at site 49 on the coast of New Jersey. It is kept in storage locker 150 and is not to be moved or tested on without the permission of the research team heads or other equivalent or superior authority.

Description: SCP-XXXX is a wire messuring a meter in length and two cm in width, with a suction cup on either end instead of a plug. One side has a red colored plus sign on it and the other has a navy blue colored minus sign on it. Pressing a button on either end of the wire switches the plus and minus symbols. The wire itself is brown and orange in color most likely because the advanced stages of oxidization. A sticker label reads out "Dr.Wondertainment's Super Cable" and bellow the sticker is a metallic plaque that reads "made in collaboration with The Factory" but under further investigation the plaque appears to be entirely made out of rust.

SCP-XXXX displays its anomalous properties when both ends of the plug are connected to objects. The anomaly will take the knowledge or properties of the object attached to the minus sign and put them directly into the object stuck with the plus sign. The object losing properties will rapidly deteriorate and the object that gains the properties will grow slightly in size and will show no chemical changes even if their chemical properties are changed. The knowledge transfer can be used to seamlessly transfer a computers memory to another computer or download an internet video directly into someones brain. More testing on organism to organism knowledge transfer is needed.

Incident Report

** Incident #1 - March 13 2008 **

Dr. Franklin Joesph Tailor a foundation theoretical spacial physicist was found dead in his New York apartment. The apparent cause of the death was serious brain damage but no injury was found on the body. It was noted that the body was completely normal besides missing approximately 35% of its Brain matter and fluids in a form similar to holes created by Frontotemporal Dementia. Signs of breaking and entering were found in the apartment. No suspects were found and it is cautioned that all Foundation scientists in New York should take steps to insure their safety.

** Incident #2 - March 20 2008**

Dr.Jenifer Chang a researcher on Artificial intelegence was found deceased outside of her house in Pennsylvania. Her Family found the body in the driver seat of her heavily damaged car after hearing gunshots. Once the area was investigated it was found that the shot was fired by Dr.Chang in an attempt of self defense. Dr.Changs shots likely hit because no bullets were found in the surrounding area, despite this fact no blood or bodily tissue was found of the perpetrator. The autopsy revealed that the body like the last was missing 35% of its Brain mass. This time physical injuries were made on the body by a blunt object of some kind, this was ruled as not resulting in Dr.Changs death however. The death was ruled as death by severe brain damage.

** Incident #3 - March 30 2008**

Dr.Marty Vantine was the foundations lead researcher in psionics. Due to the recent string of murders Dr. Vantine and many other lead researchers were given personal security teams. Dr. Vantine went to relive himself in a public rest room in a gas station on his way home from work. The following was audio recording from the two security guards assigned to Dr.Vantine.

Foreword: Two security Guards disguised as civilians have driven with Dr.Vantine to his home after work. Dr.Vantine stoped at a gas station to refill his gas tank and defecate. This audio was recorded 5 minutes after the stop.

Agent Alpha: (Alpha begins to knock on the door) Hello Dr.Vantine. (pause) Is everything okay in there.

Agent Charlie: This is ridiculous Alpha just let the man go its only been five minutes.

Agent Alpha: Yeah but something doesn't feel right. (Alpha knocks again) Are you alright sir.

Agent Charlie: Yeah something doesn't feel right in Vantine, so now he's got to go. Just leave the man a minute.

Agent Alpha: You shouldn't be making jokes Charlie you know these are recorded.

Agent Charlie: Alright, fine then but I am not going in there unless there is a good reason. Are you okay Mr.Vantine its been a while. There is no reason to be embarrassed we're just here to guard you.

Note: (over the microphone the sound of footsteps and glass breaking can be heard. At this point Agent Alpha bashes into the door and runs into the room where Dr. Vantine is found assumed dead on the toilet.)

Agent Alpha: Is that Vantine. Oh no, we're in trouble.

Agent Charlie: The window is broken.

Agent Alpha: Oh God.

Agent Charlie:Wait there is a candle on his shoulder, something is off. (At his point Vantine's head starts to fall down towards the candle) Get down Alpha.

Note: (At this point the cranium of Dr.Vantine exploded causing damage to the Gas station and wounding Agents Alpha and Charlie)

Closing Statement: Witnesses reported that no cars left the gas station immediately before or anytime after the explosion. Agents Charlie and Alpha were recovered from the scene both with wounds from the explosion. All witnesses were question and then released. On further inspection of the bathroom a can of gasoline was discovered. When the gasoline was tested it was unreactive to heat or flames despite resembling normal gasoline. The owner of the gas station stated that the gasoline was in there prior to the explosion for easy access in an emergency, and it was working before that day.

Investigation

The brain matter aspect shared between all three incidents led the foundation to think that a psionic entity was responsible. After deliberation of the threat from site directors in all areas effected it was decided that a team comprised of members of MTF-Omega-20 ("Thought Police") would be assigned to investigate. Agent Garcia (WOLF¹) was assigned as team leader and Agent Purr (WOLf), Agent Wilson (LANCE²), Agent Green (LANCE), and Agent Lopez (LANCE) are assigned to fill out the team. The team began the investigation on April 2nd 2008 by investigating the surroundings of incident 3.
