Dr Winters is a rather large man coming to a height of 6 foot 5 inches and having long wild White hair with deep red eyes. He weighs around 274 pounds most of it being muscle. He tends to wear a standard black suit with a red tie, black gloves, Black dress shoes and black suit pants. He has a well maintained beard that is quite thick and it is also white like his hair.
Bio
Dr John Winters is currently a high ranking researcher who oversees and supervises tests requested and approved by high ranking personnel. His main job at the site is to handle psychological issues on site regarding personnel and anomalies. He spends most of his time in his office organizing his files and evaluating personnel. He has one son named Paco whose location is currently unknown.
History
Dr John Winters has worked for the foundation going ██ years now. He has worked with members such as Alto clef, Dr Simon Glass, And Area Director Cyrus Hourdoon. He has worked closely with the Ethics committee and Several site directors, some say even the 05. His main field of research is psychology but has shown to be able to adapt well to any form of testing. Previous projects he has been involved in have been [PROJECT SCORCHED EARTH],[PROJECT RED MAN],[PROJECT OATHBREAKER],[PROJECT RETAIL], And the highly controversial [REDACTED]. For a long time Winters was thought to be dead but was found in hiding in the [REDACTED] wilderness for reportedly [DATA EXPUNGED] his site director after evidence was found that the site director had made numerous threats against his son. He had lost his memory of his home life, all he had left was his knowledge of the foundation, the anomalies they held, and the crime he had committed. He has since been found and brought back into foundation hands acting as a researcher and occasionally MTF/security to make amends for what he has done.
