Special Containment Procedures: due to SCP-XXXX's powers to alter events in our timeline and travel in the past, present and future in ours and others as well, so he has to remain in his inner containment chamber indefinitely. his containment chamber has 3 parts, that makes up 2 layers, the inner layer/inner chamber has a slanted cube where he resides and a non-physical tesseract that surrounds the cube and is in constant motion. than there is the outer layer/outer chamber that is a hypersphere that has a diameter of 21. it requires at least 3 4 nuclear power plants working at 90% to maintain the tesseract in SCP-XXXX inner chamber stabilized. if the tesseract were to destabilize there would be no way to stop SCP-XXXX from changing our timeline and causing almost any K-class scenarios
Description: SCP-XXXX is a entity that appears to be a adult male of Italian decent in his late 20s, with a height of 180 cm (5,9) with dark blonde hair and brown eyes. he seems to be wearing some normal black pants and shoes with a long dark blue coat that all seem to be produce in the 90s.
it is perfectly safe enter SCP-XXXX chamber and is very talkative to all that visit him. he also knows a large knowledge of languages such as English, Spanish, Italian and some that to don't match with any know language spoke in human history, and when asked of where he learned them he said that they come from different timelines from this one. before being contained in his chamber indefinitely he was shown being not able to jump to different timelines with object from ours but can bring with him the item that were found on him when first discovered
