Special Containment Procedures: 

SCP-4983 is to be allowed to roam Site-19 freely, but is prohibited from exiting the grounds. It is also forbidden from interacting with other SCPs, unless there is a security breach. In the case of a breach of containment, the entity must be sent to try to calm down the escaped SCP, and also attempt at telling the escaped SCP to re-enter it's containment area.

SCP-4983 is a young Caucasian male, of about fifteen(15) or sixteen(16). It is roughly 1.70m tall, and weighs about 61kg
