Special containment Procedures:
SCP 9812 is to be redirected to a decommissioned phone line whenever in use. In order to use SCP 9812 it is necessary that people with level 3 clearance or higher approve of testing. It is not to be used indoors in case of damage.
Description: SCP 9812 is a phone number to a service which can only be accessed by phone. If SCP 9812 is called, a man with a Brooklyn accent will say "You have reached the clown posse who do you want us to kill today". When given a name, an ice cream truck playing Russian nursery songs classified as SCP 9812-1 comes up and 20 extremely strong clowns classified as SCP 9812-2 forcibly take them away into SCP 9812-1. Afterwards ,SCP 9812-2 will charge the user of SCP 9812 500$. If the person using SCP 9812 is unable to pay, they will be forced into the SCP 9812-1. Attempts to follow SCP 9812-1 as it leaves have proven unsuccessful as any fast object following it will be [data expunged]. SCP SCP 9812-1 can anomalously go through any material without damage to itself while maintaining high levels of damage to the surroundings. SCP 9812-2 is able to ram through 12 feet of bulletproof steel without any damage.
Addendum A:
It was discovered in [data expunged] that those who are kidnapped can still communicate with those outside the truck with a phone. From that discovery MTF task force PSI 8 The silencers were purposefully kidnapped by SCP 9812-1 to see their base of operation. It is unknown what they found but the foundation lost communication with them after [XX] Minutes, the cause of the sudden stop in communication seems to be swift death by an angered SCP 9812-2.
Addendum B:
D-class were placed around the area of a recent use of SCP 9812 in order to figure out where it goes. It is noted that SCP 9812-1 disappears instantly when viewed for more than 20 seconds.
Addendum C:
A camera and sound system were kidnapped by SCP 9812-1 in order to figure out where it goes. The camera and sound system found out that SCP 9812-1 goes to [data expunged] when it disappears.
