Special Containment Procedures: SCP-XXXX is to remain in a Titanium plated cell that is 20x20m. All personnel should remain 30m away from SCP-XXXXs holding cell. This cell should remain at room temperature and pressure regulated to 506.625kPa (or 5 atm). 3 surveillance cameras are to be on in the cell only during the day time, these cameras will automatically turn off when photon levels drop to 10^20 photons/s are absorbed by the photon scanner outside of [DATA EXPUNGED]. Any instances of SCP-XXXX-1 are to be immediately neutralised. No personnel below level 3 are to be near SCP-XXXX’s holding cell. If SCP-XXXX breaches containment the O5- council are to be contacted and addressed of a possible XK-Class end of world scenario.
Description: SCP-XXXX is a robotic quadruped which is 5m tall and 6m in length, it is made from an unknown alloy (further testing is required to know the properties of this alloy). SCP-XXXX is docile during the day time, however if it is viewed when the location [DATA EXPUNGED] is receiving under 10^20 photons/s SCP-XXXX will enter a state of reproduction and increased hostility. During this phase SCP-XXXX will create SCP-XXXX-1 instances, these appear to be smaller versions of SCP-XXXX but will grow over time to become the size of SCP-XXXX, this happens extremely quickly and happens within 10-20 seconds. Increasing the pressure of the cell greatly reduces this time and at 5atm takes 4-5 minutes. When in the reproductive phase SCP-XXXX and SCP-XXXX-1 will become hostile and will attack any personnel on sight- see addendum XXXX-001

Addendum XXXX-001 During a facility breach at site 17 at [DATA EXPUNGED] SCP-XXXX breached containment, Mobile Task Force Epsilon-11 ("Nine-Tailed Fox") was sent in to re-contain SCP-XXXX. During this period Dr[DATA EXPUNGED] viewed SCP-XXXX alongside with 4 other level 3 personnel. SCP-XXXX and SCP-XXXX-01 instances overwhelmed and killed them. To re-contain SCP-XXXX area [DATA EXPUNGED] was lighted to receive above 10^20 photons/s to reduce the hostility. NTF neutralised all SCP-XXXX-01 instances and returned SCP-XXXX back to containment.
Discovery Log
SCP-XXXX was found after civilians in a village in Japan noticed SCP-XXXX wandering the streets of [DATA EXPUNGED]. Class B amnestics were applied to all civilians of the village. Agents located and contained SCP-XXXX and moved it to its current grounds in site-17.
