Special Containment Procedures: SCP-4002 is to be held in a glass casing the size of SCP-4002-1 itself. In the event of a manifestation of SCP-4002-1 appearing, subject is to be constantly engaged in conversation and poultry tasks until SCP-4002-2 can be terminated in order to cease SCP-4002-1's existence. Should SCP-4002-1 approach SCP-4002-2, it should be swiftly terminated in order to keep SCP-4002 from breaching containment further.

Description: SCP-4002 is a cylindrical plastic bottle of water approximately 0.15 metres in height with no label. The cap is imprinted with the Aquafina logo. The bottle contains a standard packet of Heinz ketchup, which could be the cause of its anomalous properties. The package seems to be crushed at one end, indicating it was pushed in hastily. SCP-4002 has been shown to be indestructible, as well as being permanently closed. Attempts to open SCP-4002 have been met with failure. SCP-4002's true anomalous properties manifest when a living being touches or grabs SCP-4002.

This results in the manifestation of a humanoid being approximately 1.6 metres tall with long, dark brown hair covering its entire face. Its clothes vary, and its skin retains a pale tone under all circumstances. It appears to be Caucasian, however it is only theorized. It should be coined SCP-4002-1 upon manifestation. SCP-4002-1 is shown to be fully human, despite its anomalous properties. Autopsies of the corpse have shown that no physical anomalies exist within SCP-4002-1. All attempts to lift or otherwise move the veil of hair from SCP-4002-1's face have been inconclusive, as subjects either cannot lift or otherwise move it. SCP-4002-1 is capable of speech, and speaks in an intellectual tone. Stalling it with conversation is highly suggested in the event of a containment breach until SCP-4002-2 can be terminated by Foundation personnel. SCP-4002-1 appears to be kind with the exception of SCP-4002-2, often stopping to help those in need. SCP-4002-1 never resorts to violence when assisting others, preferring to run or stall when attacked. Upon "activation," SCP-4002-1 will actively hunt down the being responsible for SCP-4002-1's existence, hereby designated SCP-4002-2.

Upon reaching SCP-4002-2, SCP-4002-1 will proceed to [REDACTED] with its fingernails, causing deep lacerations and internal damage to organs, killing SCP-4002-2 within seconds. Upon killing SCP-4002-2, SCP-4002-1 will approach SCP-4002 and grab it, dissapearing. Should SCP-4002-2 die by means other than SCP-4002-1, SCP-4002-1 will cease to exist. Approximately 5 minutes after this, SCP-4002-2's corpse will become infectious, causing SCP-4002-1 to target anyone who has made physical contact with the corpse itself.

The corpse will be designated SCP-4002-3. Other than its infectious properties, SCP-4002-3 is a normal corpse. Incineration shows most effective in destroying SCP-4002-3. Should an instance of SCP-4002-3 remain unharmed for approximately 3 months, it will begin to emit a high-pitched sound that most subjects report as being "like footsteps." Seconds after hearing SCP-4002-3's shrieks, the subjects will be attacked by an unknown force. Several lacerations similar to that of SCP-4002-1's nails will appear, and the subject will die due to blood loss. No internal organ damage has been found on SCP-4002-3's victims to date. The time for SCP-4002-3 contamination will halve proportional to the amount of SCP-4002-3 instances currently active. After an instance of SCP-4002-3 has successfully killed 5 subjects, it will become mobile and hostile. The instances are shown to attack with their fists, swinging blindly. SCP-4002-3 instances who have become mobile are to be incinerated.

SCP-4002 will reappear alone in a completely randomized open space across the planet's surface after being taken by SCP-4002-1. SCP-4002's recorded appearances include; Inside the coffin of a recently deceased Foundation member, Buried in the sands near the bottom of the Pacific Ocean, and inside SCP-████'s containment. SCP-4002 was first recovered in an abandoned house, along with multiple corpses of the ██████ family. SCP-4002 was found inside Jared ██████'s drawers, along with a blue shirt, a Nintendo Dual Screen charger, a one dollar bill, a belt, and a sleep mask reading, "Dreaming of You." SCP-4002 tests have yet to be conducted, due to the possibility of a breach.
