A drawing of SCP-XXXX created by SCP-053 after initial interaction

Item #: SCP-XXXX

Object Class: Euclid Thaumiel

Special Containment Procedures: SCP-XXXX should be held within a room measuring 7 meters on each side, about 1.5 meters below Site-██. SCP-XXXX is to be given three meals a day from the lunchroom of Site-██. SCP-XXXX is not to go above ground, especially when active testing is being conducted with another SCP, unless being transported to another site.

Description: To common, non-anomalous humans, animals, and cameras, SCP-XXXX is completely unable to be viewed. Mirrors, anomalous or not, do not reveal the appearance of SCP-XXXX to non-anomalous beings either. SCP-XXXX, along with other SCPs that it has encountered, describe SCP-XXXX as a bald, Caucasian female, approximately 1.8 meters in height. Reportedly, SCP-XXXX has scars covering her face, scalp, and the back of her neck, as well as [DATA EXPUNGED]. SCP-XXXX prefers the pronoun "she", and may react with hostility if called by "it" during interaction. All tests are to go through Dr. Gustin before being acted upon, as SCP-XXXX could cause major disruptions in testing if released.

SCP-XXXX displays the ability to cancel anomalous properties of objects within 9 meters of it. A sapient object, if asked to inflict harm upon SCP-XXXX, refuses explicitly, showing a reaction of disgust to the idea. Non-sapient objects will, however, harm SCP-XXXX when propelled towards it, and all cuts remain permanently.

As of ████/██/██, SCP-XXXX has been officially reclassified to Thaumiel (see Addendum-B).

Recovery Log: SCP-XXXX was recovered on the premises of Site-██, walking around the upper levels. Site-██ researchers had noticed no anomalous properties of objects within 9 meters of the center point (see Addendum-XXXX-A). When the center point was investigated, SCP-XXXX was recovered and placed in containment underground.

Addendum-XXXX-A:
Because of incidents pertaining to SCP-████, SCP-XXXX was not able to be interviewed until one week after recovery.

Date: ████/██/██
Present: Dr. Gustin, Researcher ███████ ████

<begin log>

Dr. Gustin: Good morning, SCP-XXXX. I am Dr. Gustin. How are you feeling?

SCP-XXXX: Good, very good, Dr. Gustin! I'm doing just fine.

Dr. Gustin: SCP-XXXX, do you know why you are here?

SCP-XXXX: Yes. I am under the custody of the SCP Foundation. My number is XXXX, and I am here because of my anomalous properties.

Dr. Gustin: Do you understand what those properties are?

SCP-XXXX: No, doctor, I'm sorry, I do not.

Dr. Gustin: At the time you were found, several SCPs on this site were experiencing the opposite effect that they normally have. Tests were not successful, and the other SCPs around your area seemed to lose their anomalous properties. Would… you have any idea why?

SCP-XXXX: All I remember is that a long, long time ago, I used to live with this doctor—

Dr. Gustin: Do you remember his - or her - name?

SCP-XXXX: No. But she used to constantly slice me with these tools - it hurt. Badly. I still feel the pain everyday. I… (SCP-XXXX can be heard sobbing) I thought of her as my mother. I wish she hadn't have hurt me as much as she… she did. C-can I have a tissue?

Dr. Gustin: (calling out to the stand-by researcher) ███████, could you get a tissue for me? Thank you.

SCP-XXXX: But one day, I woke up, and I was nowhere near my home. Nowhere near my mother.

Dr. Gustin: Our… our time is up, SCP-XXXX.

<end log>

Closing Statement: SCP-XXXX will be transferred to the "██████ ████████" amusement park in order to test her effects on SCP-112. Dr. Gustin and Dr. Clayton are to accompany her.

Addendum-XXXX-B:

Date: ████/██/██
Subject: SCP-112

Results: SCP-XXXX enters the park, followed by Dr. Gustin and Dr. Clayton. SCP-112 does not show any immediate signs of change in behavior or appearance. SCP-XXXX is instructed to sit inside of SCP-112, and does so. SCP-112 is activated. Instead of the anomalous properties of SCP-112 manifesting at the Alpha Point mark, the cars continue across the tracks without any abnormal incident. SCP-112 comes to a stop at the original starting point. SCP-XXXX is instructed to leave the park, and does so. Test ends.

Closing Statement: Dr. Gustin was right - SCP-XXXX could certainly be used to contain Keter-class subjects. I requested for SCP-XXXX to be reclassified to Thaumiel. We'll see what happens. -Dr. Clayton

Request for Thaumiel reclassification approved.

Incident XXXX-A:
On July █, ████, SCP-2468 relocated to █████████, ██ without warning, and the containment procedures were enacted. After the surrounding area of SCP-2468's relocation was blocked off, SCP-2468 does not react as would be expected - after curling into its fetal position, it began talking to itself instead of asking for help as it normally would. After several minutes of this, D-XXXX-4 was sent into the blocked area to investigate. D-XXXX-4 reported that SCP-2468 was seemingly talking with an unknown, invisible entity. D-XXXX-4 was given recording devices and told to place them somewhere hidden but near to SCP-2468. Unlike normally, SCP-2468 did not deactivate the device as would be expected. After D-XXXX-4 exited, parts of the conversation between SCP-2468 and the unknown entity were captured (see Document XXXX-A). The unknown entity was later determined to be SCP-XXXX after Dr. Noreen instructed the entity to evacuate the premises.
