Special Containment Procedures: SCP-5127 must have lofi music playing 24/7. SCP needs to be able to take new photos at least once every three days. SCP-5127 is currently being contained at the newly upgraded Site-17. He is in cell 5127, currently awaiting testing.
Description: SCP-5127 is a African American male, appears to possibly be 23 yrs old, height is 6'2.5, black afro style hair, Brown eyes, slightly yellowed teeth, a camera, and it is wearing a black sweater with black jeans. Test have shown that SCP-5127 gets along with all SCP's and shows most favorable interest with SCP-049 Plague Doctor. SCP-5127 caused the SCP Containment Breach at Site-13, leading to the mysterious disappearance of the site and only leaving SCP-5127 taking photos of where is used to be.
Discovery Log: SCP-5127 was found at a small village over in Russia June 12th 1983, the villagers were all dead while SCP-5127 cried a strange black substance. We were not able to procure any of the black substance because one you touched it even with protective gear you would lose all of your humanity. This caused the subject to go pale and their eyes turn purple and attack all whom are near SCP-5127.
SCP-5127 came with out struggle when we asked it to. SCP-5127 asked if it could take photos of us and we agreed, it smiled after the photos were done; it seems almost human, sadly it's far from it.
Addendum-1: SCP-5127 has been deemed safe as long as it's camera is not disturbed or bothered. SCP-5127 has gone into a hibernation like state for the past two decades. We were able to remove the SD Card from it's camera. SCP-5127 seems to not be bother by this. We found photos dating back far past the start of the foundations. SCP-5127 has photos of all Foundation personal and entities at all the SCP sites. This jarring revelation threw many into a panic, we sent SCP-5127 to get a photo of SCP-096 Shy Guy, SCP-096 proceeded to smile for the camera and then went back to its docile state. SCP-5127 does however has a very obvious hatred towards SCP-173. When SCP-5127 is within the same room as SCP-173, SCP-5127 beings to cry the black substance and uses what seems like telekinesis to keep SCP-173 in place suspended in the air until it has left the room.
Addendum-2: SCP-5127 has been given piggy back rides by SCP-682, they seem to enjoy being around of each other. SCP-5127 has three times so far calmed down SCP-682 when it goes into a
rampaging state. Referring back to the SD card from SCP-5127 camera, SCP-5127 was there the day SCP-682 was captured and brought to the foundation, upon further research we conclude that SCP-5127 and 682 have some kind of friendship with each other. SCP-5127 recently went under testing where three D Class personal went to have their photos taken, D Class 4856 was told to grab SCP-5127 camera. SCP-5127 proceeded to rip the D Class personals arm off and beat him with it. SCP-5127 some how managed to summon SCP-096 out of thin air and SCP-096 was in an enraged state of being and kill the other two D Class and vanished back to his cell. SCP 096 face never showed up in the footage even though its face was in clear view of the camera. Further test of SCP-5127 will be take place on XX-XX-XXXX.
