Special Containment Procedures:
SCP 6743 is to be contained within a standard humanoid containment cell. The cells is to be under constant surveillance from analogue recording methods such as film based video cameras. This is to be review in the occurrence of a containment breach anywhere on site. The door to 6743's cell is to be locked between the times of 2130 hours and 630 hours. The door must have a glass relocker system internally. The cell is to have a shower that can only be operated between the time 0630 hours and 0800 hours, a toilet, a chair, desk, and a battery powered radio. SCP 6743 can request new batteries from site storage staff.

Description:
SCP 6743 is a Caucasian male who goes by the name Micheal Doe. He is of average build but below average height. There is no outward visual signs of his anomalous properties. He does not have a match on any database around the world. DNA samples show no relatives.
On the back of the neck of SCP 6743 there is a piece of rubber disguised as flesh and skin that can lift open. Beneath this flap are three standard digital ports; a HMDI, a USB and an audio output.
