Special Containment Procedures: Subject is cooperative with staff and research teams. It has never vocalized any want to leave or attempt harm on any member of the foundation nor has it attempted escape(See Addendum XXXX-2 for more information) Due to its non-combative nature with the foundation and its reality bending anomalies SCP-XXXX is to be kept on an island in the ███████ Peninsula with a four (4) member research team stationed 80 meters from the subject to monitor any growth in his known anomalous abilities and see to it that a way to counteract them is found.
Description: Anomalous entity is a former Researcher █████ who gained his properties a week after a containment breach at ███████ It was transferred to Site 25 upon its own request before displaying its anomalies resulting in immediate placement. Subject is of unknown height and weight of unknown race, personnel who come in contact with SCP-XXXX report no memories of its physical appearance and recall his voice sounding distorted and hypnotic resulting in interviews being conducted from afar before equipment failures made it impossible. The Entity effectively renders anything in its radius functionless before assigning it a new function, twisting the object into new forms or ceasing functions entirely. Objects tested so far include phones, computers, foundation security systems in newly constructed site, keys, books, drinks, food, people's thoughts, memories, biological functions, other entities’ anomalous abilities and biological functions and ideas.
Further tests show the following:
•Subject defies local reality at will when necessary
•Subject doesn't survive on food, air or water
•Subject cannot be killed by small arms, reality shifters, or even nuclear means
•Subject cannot be effected by any reality anchor as its ability shuts down anything within it's radius
•Subject turns a set of die into spheres with thousands depressions in it
Addendum XXXX-1: Even further analysis into the subject's anomalies has shown blindness but still shows a consistent ability to read and write. Books lose all word structure and knowledgeability within 70 meter radius of subject. It seems to be telepathic as well, being able to read a single word of that book knowledgeably is anomalous on its own although I still have trouble remembering the words it said. Closing Statement: Subject swung arm cutting the feed and wrecking the recoding equipment like a advanced EMP. It then hovered in place for three days. SCP-XXXX has begun showing signs of severe muscular atrophy as well as its eyes, ears, nose, mouth and all other physical features are beginning to be smoothed by the entity using its hands.
**Addendum XXXX-3* Subject has suffered a recent dip in higher intelligence including mispronouncing words, stuttering, losing chunks of basic knowledge and sometimes not being responsive for days at a time. Often becoming catatonic and entering coma-like dream states in which it appears to twitch and convulse in line with that of a severe seizure one of which occasions also caused a rapid expand in its anomaly's radius to 100 meters and emitting a devastating wave of energy. The resulting wave of energy vaporized the research team monitoring SCP-XXXX

Closing Statement: This was the log of the dead research team and last known vocal recording of SCP-XXXX but sound more heavily distorted than the older recordings. The radius of the anomaly expanded again to 159.34 meters anyone entering the radius is now instantaneously shutdown effectively killed, minutes later the body is vaporized faster than before.
Addendum XXXX-4 New developments show that the anomalous area around SCP-XXXX is beginning to rapidly collapse in now at a radius of 40 meters and decreasing. A horrific screaming believed to be SCP-XXXX is emanating from the island. Closer inspection and recordings than ever before have been captured we shall attempt another interview soon.
