Special Containment Procedures: All attempts to contain this anomaly have proven unsuccessful because the entity disintegrates completely after completing its mission. There is, however, a way to stop it from going through with its plan. This procedure will hereby be referred to as

MTF Tau-5 are to report to the area of a reported victim of XXXX, hereafter referred to as XXXX-1. They are to transport XXXX-1 to the nearest urban area, and after no sighting of XXXX for exactly 4 hours and 15 minutes, they are to interview XXXX-1, administer Class C amnestics, and take them back to their home. After 4 months and 15 days they are to return and burn down the house, with XXXX-1 inside it.

Description: XXXX resembles a middle-aged woman with red hair and a hunched back, clad in what appears to be formal garment resembling a deep green tuxedo. Close observation has shown it to be part of her body, and not actually clothes. XXXX instances have been recorded for at least 200 years. As of now, there are only 3 recorded pictures of XXXX, however viewing these pictures requires Level 3 clearance.
XXXX manifests in front of rural houses, most common in Germany, Italy, Ireland, and the United States. It will knock 3 times on the front door. XXXX-1 will be compelled to answer the door. They will do so, and then be greeted by XXXX. XXXX will state that it is here to collect the taxes for the Emperor. XXXX-1 will again be compelled to comply. They will offer all of the cash they have on hand, however XXXX will be displeased and not accept it, stating how it is "not the right currency". They will then wander off in a rage. Later that night, XXXX-1 will start to experience the a nightmare. They differ with each victim, however one factor remains the same, a woman with flaming hair and dress. This woman will be either hunting, haunting, or torturing XXXX-1 while repeating one single phrase until they wake, "I have them, they are mine". The next night, they will have the same nightmare again. Once they wake up, they will start to see XXXX in the corner of their eyes, however it will disappear before anything
