Special Containment Procedures: SCP-XXXX-1, -2, -3 are to be contained in a containment chamber full of plant life. The chamber must be monitored at all times in case of SCP-XXXX-2 breaking containment to find specimens. Testing procedures are only to be granted by foundation researchers with level 4 clearance and above and only Class-D personnel are to enter the containment chamber.
Temporary Containment Procedures: All instances of SCP-XXXX-3 are to be terminated immediately and all instances of SCP-XXXX-2 are to be put in a separate containment cell from SCP-XXXX-1. See addendum XXXX-3
Description: SCP-XXXX-1 is a red apple that shows no sign of decomposition. Anyone that is to take a bite out of SCP-XXXX-1 will be instantly turned in to an instance of SCP-XXXX-2 or SCP-XXXX-3, no bite marks can be seen on SCP-XXXX-1. It is not known how SCP-XXXX-1 decides who will become SCP-XXXX-2 or SCP-XXXX-3, but the theory is that the strongest get turned into SCP-XXXX-3 and the weakest get turned into SCP-XXXX-2.
SCP-XXXX-2 is a deformed humanoid that seeks out specimens to transform into more instances of itself. It will not stop and will attempt to destroy whatever is in the path of it. Once is finds a specimen, it will grab the specimen by the head and take it back to SCP-XXXX-1 and force it to take a bite out of SCP-XXXX-1 turning it into an instance of SCP-XXXX-2 or SCP-XXXX-3.
SCP-XXXX-3 is an instance of SCP-XXXX-2 but it has longer and sharper claws and sharper teeth. It's job is to guard SCP-XXXX-1 and is very hostile towards anything attempting to destroy SCP-XXXX-1. Either SCP-XXXX-3 will completely destroy the attacker or SCP-XXXX-2 will take the attacker and force it to take a bite out of SCP-XXXX-1.
Addendum XXXX-1: A test was conducted on SCP-XXXX to try and get a sample of SCP-XXXX-1. It was accepted and a D-class (named D-XXXX-1 for this experiment) was allowed into the chamber of SCP-XXXX. The containment door was locked behind them. They were equipped with only a small cutting knife. As D-XXXX-1 approached SCP-XXXX-1, instances of SCP-XXXX-2 started making their way towards D-XXXX-1. D-XXXX-1 quickly made their way towards SCP-XXXX-1 and tried to cut a small chunk out of it. This triggered instances of SCP-XXXX-3 to attack by ripping D-XXXX-1 to shreds.
Addendum XXXX-2: A second attempt was conducted to get a sample of SCP-XXXX-1. All instances of SCP-XXXX-2 and SCP-XXXX-3 were relocated to a temporary containment chamber while a D-class (D-XXXX-2) was allowed into the containment chamber of SCP-XXXX. The containment door was locked behind them. They were equipped with only a small cutting knife. After they successfully got a sample of SCP-XXXX-1, it grew roots at a quick rate which entered D-XXXX-2 through the mouth, tearing them apart from the inside.
Addendum XXXX-3: During a test. Three SCP-XXXX-3 escaped containment resulting in ██ casualties. From this all instances of SCP-XXXX-3 are to be neutralized.
